Roy Harper x Reader

IT'S SO AMAZING!! WHO WANTED A THIRD SEASON? I DID!! GOOD NEWS IS WE MAY BE GETTING A THIRD SEASON!! YAY!! THE SEASON FINALE WAS FABULOUS, BESIDES FROM WALLY'S ENDING!! "CRIES"

   Y/N'S POV

  Right now, I was just laying down across my bed. I didn't feel too good, and my stomach was killing me. Yeah, it was that lucky time of the month.
  I always asked myself: What did I do to deserve this? I groaned and changed my position. I heard a chuckle, and I looked to see Lagoon Boy standing at the door.

  I rolled my eyes and groaned saying,"GO AWAY!! WHY ARE YOU IN MY ROOM?!!"

  He just smiled and crossed his arms saying,"Angelfish wanted me to come and get you. You have training, remember?"

  I clutched my stomach, and tears formed in my eyes from the pain.

  I sniffed and said,"Can you tell Nightwing I am taking a day? I cannot get up. It hurts too much. I really need some chocolate and a hug."

  Lagoon Boy walked over to me and hugged me.

  It felt fishy. Get it? I know, I was bad at jokes. Should never try to make another one again.

  I giggled weakly at my own personal thought, but it hurt to laugh, too. Lagoon Boy helped me up, and I wrapped the covers around myself.
  I held onto his hand, and he guided me to the front where the rest of the team was standing. Barb and Artemis smiled and went to say something, but more tears formed in my eyes.

  Nightwing said,"Everyone else take the day off. Give us a minute."

  The rest of the team walked out, before it was just Barb, Dick, and I. I slowly sat down in the chair, and Nightwing crouched down in front of me. He held out his hands, and I took them.

  I sniffed and sobbed saying,"Please don't let go. It hurts so much."

  Sorry, I was really dramatic, but sometimes this pain was no joke!!

  Dick squeezed my hands and talked to me, while Barb reassuringly said,"Everything will be okay, Y/N. Let's go get something, hon. C'mon."

  Barb then turned to Dick and said,"Dick, will you stay, just in case someone needs you?"

  Dick gave Barb a kiss and said,"Yeah, Babs. Go."

  Barb blushed, and I giggled loudly. Dick chuckled and sent me a smile, before I sent him a weak one in return. Barb led me into the kitchen, before I sat down in one of the chairs. Barb handed me some chocolate, but the rest was gone. Wally...I just stuffed it in my mouth, while Barb laughed at me.

  I just smiled and sniffed taking some more.

  Barb kissed my cheek and said,"I will be right back, hon. You will not even notice I am gone."

  I nodded and hugged Barb, before she walked out of the kitchen. I managed to get down out of the chair, but I needed something to drink.
  I walked over to the refrigerator and tried to get the orange juice. I turned around but bumped into someone.

  I quickly apologized and said,"I am so sorry. I was just trying to get something to drink."

  I looked down, and there were strong arms wrapped around my waist. I took in his appearance. He was tall and quite muscular. He was wearing a red and black suit. A suit I hadn't seen in a long time. Roy. Roy Harper. He was back. My best friend.

  "Like what you see?"

  I rolled my eyes, but I held out my hand.

  He seemed confused by my motion, before he shook my hand saying,"We know each other. It's me, Roy. Your best bud?"

  I gave him a smile and said,"Y/N L/N. What made you come back?"

  Roy looked down at me saying,"Let's just say I had a moment. Plus, I could not just abandon my friends. They went through all of this to get me back, so I owe it to them to show up. You are still beautiful, Y/N."

  I blushed and looked down at my slippers. Roy lifted my chin, and his blue eyes met my E/C eyes.

  He smiled and said,"I know we haven't seen each other in a while, but I...I like you. You've always been yourself and I really appreciate that, but I would like to be more than just your best friend. I would like to be with you. What do you say: Be mine?"

  From the corner of my eye, I saw Dick looking at us in disbelief. Barb gave me a thumbs up.

  "Yes, I would like to be yours. Wait, can we take this slow? I just got out of a relationship."
 
  Roy nodded and kissed my forehead saying,"Sure, Y/N. Whatever you want."
