I'm clinging to Noah's hand as we walk around the grounds. They're not open for the public yet and the boys aren't playing till much later on tonight but the ground is already turning to sludgy mud and the rain is showing no signs of stopping.

"Great weather for it." I joke clinging to Noah trying to keep my balance.

"You're telling me." He smirks back. "Are you and Sadie gonna check the place out whilst we're stuck back here or what's your plan?" Noah asks as we make our way to the area for performers only.

He and the boys have loads of interviews whilst we're here and it feels weird hovering around them too much whilst they're technically working. Part of me wants to stay and watch, to see the boys in a different type of work mode that's not onstage. The other part of me knows that we need to just leave them to it.

"We might go for a lil wander yeah. Check out some of the other bands here." I smile at Noah as we join the rest of the group.

"Okay, sounds good. Once we're done I'll come find you?" Noah kisses me quickly. There's so many people around I can feel so many eyes on us.

"Of course. I love you." I whisper against his lips as we break apart.

"I love you." Noah whispers back and I unlace my fingers from his. "Be safe." His eyes are full of worry.

I know that not everyone here cares, fuck I know that not everyone here is going to see the boys perform but the news of us being official seems to have circulated amongst a lot of reliable sources in the last day or so. Hell Noah has already been asked in an interview this morning "who's here to support him." The happiness I felt when he referred to me as his girlfriend got me giddy but the reality of people knowing who I am walking around without him scares me slightly now that he's said that single word.

"Girlfriend."

"She'll be with me. Of course she'll be safe." Sadie grins standing beside us. "Have fun boys!" She wriggles her fingers goodbye giving the boys a wave dragging me away from the group.

"See you soon!" I call behind hearing the guys laugh a chorus of "byes" and "see ya later".

"I wanna go on that big fuck off wheel. Nick took me to one in Santa Monica at the pier and I feel the urge to go on them all since." Sadie tells me as we make our way out from back stage and into the open area of the festival grounds.

It's not too busy yet since the gates have only just opened with mostly crew and the odd camper walking around getting their bearings.

"Okay, let's go now before the line gets silly." Sadie tugs me towards the queue. There's literally only one other person waiting to go on the wheel so we're very quickly allocated a carriage.

"Remember when we came here a couple of years ago? I'm so grateful that we're not camping." I laugh as the carriage begins to lift off of the ground.

"Oh god, that was fucking tragic. Might have been the worst experience of my life if I'm being honest." Sadie dramatically tells me, I can't stop myself from rolling my eyes in reply. "My tent got flooded with mud Mar! It was the fucking worst!"

"It was so funny. I don't actually know what you were thinking setting up your tent at the bottom of the hill whilst it was raining."

"I thought it would stop!" Sadie protests. The girls so smart but sometimes I really have to question her logical thinking.

"Yeah, yeahhh, any excuse to share a tent with someone else wasn't it." I wink her cheeks redden.

"Shut up, those days are behind me now." Sadie snaps a couple of photos of the grounds as we reach the top and then we take a couple of selfies. "It's fairly getting busy now."
