"Let's bake something to celebrate," Virat said, smiling happily.

Rohit's words meant so much to Virat. He loved Rohit, but at that moment, this gesture made him even happier. He hadn't expected it, which made it even more special.

"I don't know how to bake," Rohit said, pouting.

Virat playfully pulled his cheek. "I'll bake, and I'll teach you," he said, heading towards the kitchen.

Rohit grabbed the glass of scotch and sat on the counter, sipping it. It was cold, and since they'd already had some, it didn't seem like a big deal anymore.

"I still don't understand why you wanted me to wear a shirt," Virat said, gathering the ingredients.

"Come here, and I'll show you," Rohit replied. Virat raised an eyebrow, "Are you serious?"

"Do you want to know or not?" Rohit teased, sipping from his glass.

Virat, curious about the seemingly simple dare, moved closer to Rohit.

"Come close na," Rohit whined, and Virat stepped in closer.

Rohit handed him the glass and pulled him in by his waist. He then touched Virat's shirt. "Ro?" Virat whispered, feeling suddenly hot. He took a sip from the glass to calm himself.

"Shh!" Rohit whispered, moving closer. He then unbuttoned the first three buttons of Virat's shirt. "For this," he murmured, making Virat's heart race.

"You look hot with your shirt like this, buttons open. So, whenever we're together like this, you'll wear a shirt," Rohit said with a wink, taking a sip of his drink.

Rohit smirked, enjoying the effect he had on Virat—a victorious, teasing smirk.

Virat noticed Rohit's smirk and was determined to get back at him.

He focused on preparing the brownie batter, feeling Rohit's gaze on him the entire time. But Virat decided to stay unaffected. He placed the batter in the oven and began cleaning up.

However, Rohit had other plans. He hopped down from the counter and, without warning, back-hugged Virat, catching him completely off guard.

"You're definitely drunk now," Virat said, observing him.

"I didn't stop you from drinking, we have off days—loosen up," Rohit replied, resting his chin on Virat's shoulder as he continued to back-hug him.

"And anyway, I don't need drinks to show you how much I like you," Rohit added, his tone sincere.

Virat turned to face him. "You really like me?" he couldn't help but ask again.

"I do, Vi. I really do," Rohit said, cupping his cheeks.

For the second time, Rohit said it, and Virat was overwhelmed. Hearing those words felt like a dream come true. It was everything he had imagined.

"Lunch banaye?" Rohit asked, noticing it was already late.

"You sit down, you've had too much to drink—you'll hurt yourself. I can already see your eyes drooping a little," Virat said, pointing to the counter.

"You're here to take care of me, right?" Rohit replied, chuckling.

"Still, sit there," Virat insisted, and Rohit, despite his teasing, agreed. It was too much fun watching Virat.

Virat quickly made dal makhni and rice for both of them—it didn't take long. They enjoyed the process, with Virat cooking and Rohit teasing him.

Virat set a single plate for them both and brought out the brownies. He placed everything in the living room, planning to sit next to Rohit, but Rohit pulled him onto his lap instead.
