The next morning, Rohit woke up first and saw Virat sleeping peacefully, his head buried in Rohit's chest. He caressed his hair, only for Virat to move closer to him.

"I know you're awake, Vi," Rohit whispered softly.

"But I don't want to wake up, it's an off day, Ro," Virat whined.

Rohit chuckled at his actions and tone. "Baby, we decided on something today," he said gently, which made Virat wrap his arms around him, feeling a bit scared.

Rohit felt Virat's fear as he moved closer to him.

"We're going to be together, I promise," Rohit said, kissing the top of his head. Virat nodded at his assurance.

After ten minutes, they got up and freshened up. Virat sat on the bed, fidgeting with his fingers in nervousness. When Rohit came out and saw him like that, he immediately walked over.

Rohit held his hand softly. "Trust me, Vi. I'm here with you forever, no matter what," he said gently.

Virat hugged him by the waist, burying his face in his stomach while Rohit caressed his hair, offering him comfort and reassurance.

"I told them to come to Mahi bhai's room-the seniors," Rohit said softly, lifting Virat's chin. Virat nodded in response.

But Rohit still saw uncertainty and fear in Virat's eyes. Wanting to calm him down, he kissed his forehead gently. Virat immediately hugged him, burying his face in his chest.

"Chale?" Rohit asked, breaking the hug.

"Meko nahi jaana," Virat mumbled, fidgeting with Rohit's shirt button.

Rohit himself was nervous, but Virat was even more scared. Rohit cupped his cheeks gently.

"They are our friends, baby. They have the right to know. And bhai-imagine if he found out from somewhere else instead of his Ro and Cheeku. He would be hurt, right?" Rohit said softly.

Virat nodded at that, understanding his words.

Rohit closed the gap between them, capturing Virat's lips in a deep kiss, pouring all his love and assurance into it. His hands cupped Virat's cheeks, while Virat clutched his shirt in his fists, overwhelmed by the intensity of the moment.

As the kiss deepened, Rohit moved one hand to Virat's waist, supporting him as his knees went weak from all the emotions rushing through him.

"I love you," Rohit whispered against his lips as they caught their breath.

"Love you more," Virat replied.

They reached Mahi Bhai's room, knocked, and entered to see that everyone was already there.

Virat took a deep breath as he looked at them. He didn't know why he was so scared. Honestly, he was terrified of their reactions-he just didn't want to lose Rohit.

For once in his life, he had found a partner who loved him so much.

People had always left him for one reason or another, and now, he didn't want his Ro-his home-to leave him.

Sensing his emotions, Rohit gently rubbed his back, knowing exactly how he was feeling just by looking at him.

"What happened, Ro? You called us here?" Jinks asked, breaking Virat's thoughts.

Everyone looked at them, worried. Virat looked visibly pale.

"Cheeku, what's the matter?" Mahi asked softly.

"Bhai," Rohit said gently. "Guys," he addressed the others. They all encouraged him to continue.

Rohit noticed Virat fidgeting with his fingers, so he slowly took his hand and intertwined their fingers, offering him a reassuring smile.

"We are together," Rohit said, facing the group. As soon as he said it, Virat's grip on his hand tightened.

"What? What do you mean? Together as in best friends?" Jaddu asked, confused.

"No, together as partners," Rohit said confidently, trying to keep his composure. Virat's other hand instinctively clutched Rohit's wrist for support.

"Since when?" Jinks asked.

"More than four months," Rohit replied.

"And you're telling us now?" Ash asked. Rohit just nodded, gently caressing Virat's knuckles to calm him down.

"Why now? You didn't bother to tell us when we kept asking about everything," Bhuvi said, his tone serious.

"And I don't think we're okay with this... I mean, it would change our friendship. Everything would change. We always saw you as best friends-this just makes things awkward now," Jaddu added.

Before Rohit could even reply, he felt Virat trembling beside him.

"Jaddu, Bhuvi, please..." Rohit requested, his voice laced with concern.

"Ro, kiddo... Cheeku... they're right-this is really awkward for us," Mahi finally spoke.

And that was it. Virat felt everything closing in on him suddenly. He could see Rohit saying something to them, and they were responding, but he couldn't hear anything.

"Ro..." he whispered weakly.

Rohit immediately turned to him, concern evident in his eyes. But before he could ask anything, Virat's knees gave out. He couldn't hold on any longer.

Just as he was about to hit the floor, Rohit caught him, lowering them both down. Virat's head rested against Rohit's chest as he frantically patted his cheeks, trying to wake him up.

"Vi," Rohit called out, fear gripping him as Virat remained unresponsive.
