Amelia POV

"Quite the drama going on between you and Henry. But finally you have forgiven him. " Said my cousin Susan sipping her coffee sitting in my kitchen on the early morning.

"I told you he had a reason for running off without saying anything." She continued.

"So, you knew the reason? Then why didn't you tell me?" I scold her.

"Um... Hello, you were being a drama queen. Remember? All the crying. Locking up in the room. Not letting any of us to explain. Oh and your little stunt at night club. Ring the bell or do I have to refresh your memory?" She scold me back.

"Ugh!!! I'm sorry...OK!!! I'm over reacted. But he shouldn't have done that you know. And why are you siding with him? You are my sister!" I said to Susan.

Susan rolled her eyes.

"By the way, Uncle Raj will be visiting soon."

Out of the blue she dropped the bomb that my father will be visiting London.

"What?"

"When did he told you that?" I asked surprisingly.

"Yesterday!" She answered sipping her coffee causally.

"Why didn't he tell me? He don't tell me anything anymore." I picked up my new phone and dial my dad's number.

"I recall you broke your phone and you are busy with your dramas." She said sarcastically.

I threw her with a napkin from my laps which she caught like a pro.

On 5th rings my dad finally answered.

"Hello!"

"Papa! It's me."

"Ha!!! Bayta!" Bayta means daughter in indian. My dad sounded excited to hear from me.

"Sue, just told me that you are visiting soon?"

"Yes, I am. I was trying to reach you but I couldn't. What happened to your phone? "

"Um...I broke it. I accidentally dropped it in the puddle!"

"Oh!!! How are you Bayta? I miss you. Is the new job keeping you busy?"

"Oh it's keeping her busy alright." Susan whispered when she overheard my dad.

I slapped her arm a little.

"Ow!" Susan yelped.

"I'm well. And yes, a little. A new job and all. You know!"
"Oh! And Sue told me you start dating now. To your boss. Am I meeting this guy or not?" Out of blue my dad dropped the bomb on me.

I covered the phone and "You told him about Henry! How could you? "

"I did the favor for you." Susan replied cooly to me.

"Ugh! " I rolled my eyes.

I went to the phone. "Yes, I'm dating my boss. And of course you can meet him when you come." I answered with excitement but I feel like my heart is jump out of my throat and barf all over the kitchen island. Introducing Henry to my dad? I haven't even said I love you to Henry. What if Henry don't want to meet my dad? What if he think it's odd? Oh my god, kill me now.

"When are you coming Papa? " I asked my dad.

"In two weeks. I'm so excited to see you. I miss you Bayta."

"I miss you too Papa. Oh I forgot, how are you?"

"I'm fine Bayta. My knees hurts sometimes but other than that I'm dandy."
