Regarding my "Mission" chapter, in which I wondered if the Multiple Intelligence Theory could have any notable Correlation to MBTI types- In short, the demographic (age & personality type-wise) are too specific to have any real results, and the data pool is too small and the test itself criticized, so this is in no way legitimate research.

BUT, just for fun, I averaged out what I had data for anyways. Pulling from 25 Multiple Intelligence Tests, 5 for each of the following types; INFP, INFJ, INTJ, INTP, ENTP.

Firstly, the averaged results. Following will be some thoughts.

INFP (FiNe)
1) Intrapersonal
2) Musical
3) Interpersonal
4) Linguistic
5) Logical-Mathematical
6) Naturalistic
7) Bodily-Kinesthetic
8) Visual-Spatial

INFJ (NiFe)
1) Intrapersonal
2) Musical
3) Linguistic
4) Logical-Mathematical
5) Interpersonal
6) Visual-Spatial
7) Bodily-Kinesthetic
8) Naturalistic

INTJ (NiTe)
1) Intrapersonal
2) Logical-Mathematical
3) Linguistic
4) Musical
5) Interpersonal
6) Naturalistic
7) Visual-Spatial
8) Bodily-Kinesthetic

INTP (TiNe)
1) Logical-Mathematical
2) Linguistic
3) Intrapersonal
4) Musical
5) Visual-Spatial
6) Naturalistic
7) Bodily-Kinesthetic
8) Interpersonal

ENTP (NeTi)
1) Logical-Mathematical
2) Linguistic
3) Musical
4) Interpersonal
5) Naturalistic
6) Bodily-Kinesthetic
7) Intrapersonal
8) Visual-Spatial

Intrapersonal skills include being aware of your own emotional states, feelings, & emotions. This landed at the top for Fi & Ni types, and at the bottom for the Extrovert results.

Logical-Mathematical skills include pattern recognition, being good at reasoning, & the ability to logically analyze problems. Within this pool of results, it is consistently the highest under Ti & Te types.

Linguistic skills refer to being able to use words well, both in writing and speaking. Not surprisingly it's consistently fairly high with most results here, again reiterating why I believe the specific demographic that exists on this app (for writing and reading) definitely skews results.
Though it is notable that it's highest under the Ti types, followed by Ni.

Musical skills in this context include thinking in patterns, rhythms, sounds etc. This landed higher among the Feeling types, it seems similar to Logical-Mathematical in that it involves pattern recognition though it's more art focused.

Interpersonal skills include being adept at understanding other people, assessing their emotions, motivations, & intentions. Within these results it's only top 3 for INFP's, falling somewhere in the middle for most others.

Naturalistic refers to being more in touch with nature and animals, typically includes a more nurturing temperament. It's one of the more criticized categories, not much differentiating results within this pool of research.

Bodily-Kinesthetic skills refer to things such as hand-eye coordination, dexterity, having physical control. Consistently scored lowest among the 5 types recorded, not quite as low under ENTP (the only extroverts recorded).

Visual-Spatial skills involve the ability to visualize things, which can result in being good with directions, maps, charts etc. Pretty consistently low across the board, with INTP's seeming to be slightly more inclined to this.

I refer to these as skills due to my own distate for the term "intelligence" in this context, as well as I have seen much criticism for this "intelligence" theory. I see these as skills, abilities, & thought pattern preferences.

I suspect many of these are affected by age, as my own results have changed since I last did this as well. Highly suspect personal confirmation bias within my results the first time around, being told I'm not good at logical reasoning and leaning into that with other tests (whereas as I've grown I've come to see that this is not accurate view of myself). Example: Logical-Mathematical appears as my #1 now, though I still test as INFP (though I'm fairly certain my Ne was ADHD looking back on it now, and my introversion mostly Anxiety based). All this to say, even with the few noticeable differences there are, they may simply be confirmation bias.

Keeping in mind that this is an amateur research project and has far too many flaws (or just blatantly lacking data) to be legitimate, are there any preferences you notice?
