Third-Person POV.
The more she thought about it, the more her palms got sweaty, the more her teeth clenched, and the more her heart ached. She did not want to entertain the thought, of course she didn't, no one ever wants to question their own mother, the woman who gave them their lives, and the one woman they loved and admired most beside the Moon Goddess. However, as she looked down at her shaking hands, and as her moments of terror flashed before her eyes, she clenched her fists and took a deep breath. Deep enough to suck in the ocean, shaky enough to startle the earth, and low enough to reach the world's core. She knew she shouldn't ask, for her sister's sake, for her sake, for the kingdom's sake, but then again, wasn't it her responsibility to? After all, if it was because of Wendy that Madrona learned of dark magic...
Shaking her head, Weiss gulped and slowly moved away from her little sister, making the latter even more anxious as she tried to call the queen's name, but to no avail. The bright yellow eyed witch continued walking until she was no longer walking, no, she started floating above the ground, higher and higher. Once she was finally face to face with the smirking dark witch, the queen did not hesitate, not anymore.
"Where did you learn dark magic?" She asked, her voice lifeless as she stared directly into the amused hazels of the dark witch.
However, instead of answering, Madrona grinned widely before boldly laughing in the face of her own queen. Her high-pitched laughter echoed all over the labyrinth, and yet no one joined in.. why would they? The princess was itching to bash the dark witch's head, of course she wouldn't laugh with the likes of her. The succubus had temporarily lost her sense of humour and was only waiting for the right moment to attack. On the other hand, the queen's soulless expression remained, her empty eyes narrowed at her laughing enemy. Unbeknownst to them, the once closest servant of the Moon Goddess watched helplessly, her hands itching as she hoped to just decapitate the dark witch, bringing an end to the fight. But unfortunately, her feet remained glued to the ground, for she knew that all of her efforts would be futile, especially when Maia was watching her every move.
With a grin, Madrona giggled as she began to circle the queen whilst floating, "Are you sure you want to know? You won't be able to handle it, sweetheart." She mocked in a sing-song voice.
However, the dark witch did not receive the reaction she had hoped as the queen's demeanor did not change a bit. Weiss stayed as lifeless and cold as when she was crowned ruler. In contrast, the princess below them was raging, her teeth gritted, and her fists clenched as she jumped high, her fists aimed at the dark witch whilst ahe screamed, "Shut the fuck up, you stupid piece of shit! Just die already!"
Willow literally had her saliva running down her chin as she relentlessly began flooding Madrona with attacks here and there. The princess wasn't even thinking anymore, whatever her older sister wanted to know, she didn't care. All she wanted was to kill, kill, and kill. She didn't care about anything else but Madrona's head on a silver platter as she held it high enough for the world to witness. The princess was.. turning into such a peculiar woman, for not even her brain was able to keep her in line anymore. No, especially not when she was having an argument with herself every minute. Was she going crazy? Possibly. Did she care? At the moment, negative. Would this affect her future? Yes, very much so. But again, she didn't care about anything else. If taken out of context, one would assume Willow was obsessed with Madrona.. and in some wicked way, their assumption wouldn't be wrong.
Even as the princess attacked with all of her might, her deadly strikes didn't seem to phase Madrona at all. She kept laughing and laughing with every punch and kick that Willow gave her. In the twisted mind of the witch so corrupted by dark magic, she thought the princess was displaying her love, and boy did she enjoy it.
