"This looks perfect on you!" Pooja said as she placed the maang tikka on Zoya, while Mahi was helping her with hair styling.
"Zoya, you should thank me for saving you money on the makeup artist's expense. I never knew my casual time-pass cosmetology course would come handy someday!" Mahi said with a giggle, while Zoya smiled.
"And with this..." Asha rubbed at the side of her eye and placed a dot behind Zoya's ear, "...we are done!"
Pooja said in a dramatic tone, "And here we proudly present, Aditya Hooda's lovely bride..." Pooja and Asha moved from in front of the mirror, and Pooja said, "Zoya Siddiqui!"
Zoya looked at her reflection in the mirror with a wide smile. Her red lehenga radiated on her face, making her look blushing a lot more than reality. She had worn her mother's jewels, which Radha had preserved all these years for Zoya, for her big day; some of the few things she decided to keep safely, post their death, from their home.
"Waah waah! Mashallah!" Pooja said bending down near Zoya and looked at the mirror, "I am sure my Jethji is going to fall flat looking at this ethereal beauty!"
Mahi bend down on her other side and said, "He would be definitely pinching himself wondering if this beauty is going to be all mine...forever!"
Zoya blushed, while Asha put her hands around Zoya's neck and rested her chin on Zoya's dupatta-adorned head and said with a smile, "Of course...all for Aditya Hooda...just for Aditya Hooda...in all means!"
Zoya chuckled and covered her face with her hands, while the trio laughed hugging her, as they rejoiced their friend entering into that beautiful journey. At the entrance of the room, Radha leaned along the door and looked at Zoya, with tearful eyes. She still remembered the day she got to know Zoya's parents got killed in an accident. More than that, she remembered holding little Zoya in her arms in front of their lifeless bodies; who was playing with her rattle, not even understanding the tragedy that took place in her life. Many people came forward asking Radha to leave Zoya in an orphanage. But she never had the heart to do that. She decided to grow up that little kid no matter what challenges came up in life. She came to their home as a widowed young woman, who needed a job to meet her day-to-day needs. Later, she decided to live for Zoya.
When Zoya lost Yash, more than Zoya, it hurt her more. When Zoya's parents' passed away, she was there as the perfect replacement for their void. Zoya wasn't even aware about their death. But with Yash, Zoya was able to feel that pain, that detachment, bereavement. She was even skeptical of someone being able to fill Yash's void. But today, as she saw a smiling Zoya in her wedding attire, she was contented.

At the registrar's office, the air was abuzz with excitement. Aditya stood near the door waiting for Zoya, adjusting the cuffs of his sherwani. He looked every bit the dashing groom, his sharp features, softened by a smile.
Arjun, who was standing aside, was looking at him and said to Naani with a smile, "Naani, we always wanted to see this day, right? Bhai getting married? Can you believe it? It's happening!"
Naani said in an emotional tone, "I so wish Amrita was here to see this day. Her little boy getting married. She left him as little boy, and today he is about to become a husband. I am sure..." Naani looked up with tear glistened eyes, "She is looking up from there and rejoicing this moment."
Arjun wrapped his arm around Naani, while a car reached outside. They looked on and saw Harsh and Amrita getting out of the car. Arjun and Naani looked at Aditya, who just had a blank expression looking at them, while he stifled a smile.
