Next morning, the sunlight shone bright on Aditya and Zoya's face, while Aditya covered his face with his hand, as he felt the sunlight disturbing his sleep.
He opened his eyes and closed it immediately as the sun was straight on his line of sight.
"Why is the bedroom so bright?" Aditya sulked, while he tried to move. He felt something on his left shoulder, even though he felt numb.
"Arjun...wake up..." Aditya said with closed eyes, and patted on Zoya's cheek.
Zoya woke up as Aditya patted her cheek. She too felt uneasy with the sunlight flashing on her face.
"Pooja...some more time please...and close the curtains!" Zoya said, as she continued to sleep, wrapping her arms a bit more around Aditya's arm.
"Bhai!"
Aditya hummed, with closed eyes, "Hmmm?"
Aditya felt someone tapping on his shoulder, and he opened a single eye and looked at his right and saw Arjun standing next to him with a smile. While Aditya and Zoya were sound asleep last night, Arjun came home by around 1 AM with Pooja, and after viewing this rare and adorable sight of Aditya and Zoya, they didn't want to wake them up. They rather slept in the living room on two of the sofas, so as to not panic Aditya and Zoya when they wake up and find themselves in that position.
"Good morning Bhai!" Arjun said with a grin.
Aditya smiled at him, "Good morning bro!"
He then sulked and asked, "Is the AC not working? Why is it so hot over here?"
"We don't have AC in our balcony, Bhai. If you want, I can get you an air cooler."
"Balcony?" Aditya asked with a baffled look and looked around. He looked at the sky and buildings outside and sat upright opening his eyes wide. His hand still felt heavy and he turned and saw to his left, and was appalled to find Zoya sleeping in his arms.
"Zoya!!" Aditya jerked and exclaimed in a loud tone, which startled Zoya. She woke up and blinked her eyes and tried to wake up, while her neck hurt. Holding it, she looked towards her right and saw Aditya next to her.
She saw her arms around Aditya's arms and quickly took her hands off him and moved back.
"Aditya...what...are you doing...here??" Zoya asked with a panicked look, while her arms and neck hurt like anything. She didn't even feel her legs, and she moved back her hair and adjusted it. Her head felt so heavy as if someone placed a rock over it.
"Me?" Aditya asked, while he tried to get up, but he struggled to stand up owing to his uncomfortable sleeping posture the whole night.
"Give your hand." Arjun said with a giggled, while Aditya caught his hand, and Arjun pulled him up. Aditya stood up and stretched his back, while he looked at the balcony around. He saw Zoya sitting down, holding her head with both her hands.
"You are okay?" Aditya asked as he extended his hand to her.
"I am not okay...my head is just splitting!" Zoya said with an irritated look, while she looked at her phone lying next to her. She took her phone and saw that it was switched off. She was totally clueless about everything around her. Aditya extended his hand to her, and she held Aditya's hand and got up, while taking her phone from the floor.
"Why are we here like this?" Aditya and Zoya asked in unison, while they both exchanged weird glances at each other.
"You both left my birthday party to have a private balcony party here?"
Aditya and Zoya looked inside the house and saw Pooja coming towards them with a coffee mug in her hand.
"What are you blabbering?" Aditya asked, "I don't even remember how I came here...ouch!!" Aditya held his head and pressed his temples, "And this headache!"
