"Thank you so much for coming!"Asha hugged Zoya gleefully, while Zoya said with a smile, "I am glad that I was able to attend a special wedding in such a beautiful destination."
Asha smiled hearing it, while she looked at Aditya, "A special thanks to you too Aditya...for coming to my wedding, even though we haven't even spoken to each other that much."
Aditya said with a smile, "It's okay, we at least are getting to know each other now. And thanks to you, I got some off from work too."
Asha smiled hearing it, while her mother came there. Asha introduced Zoya and Aditya to her, while they exchanged pleasantries with each other.
"Maa, please take them to their rooms and make sure they feel comfortable. They came all the way from Mumbai. Please, haan?" Asha said, while her mother nodded, "Okay dear. I will take care. You go and check your lehenga and tell Kavita if there are any corrections. I don't want any last minute confusion and complaints for the Mehndi tonight. Go!"
"Okay okay..." Asha said and walked inside, while she turned back at Aditya and Zoya, "Guys, if you want anything, please ask Maa or Jai. Make yourselves comfortable!"
"Yeah yeah...they will be comfortable. I will take care!" Asha's mother said and chuckled looking at Aditya and Zoya, "If we don't push her away now, she will keep saying the same till night."
They both laughed hearing it, while Asha's mother took them with her to show them their accommodation arrangements.

It was night time, and the Mehndi ceremony had already begun. Zoya was sitting along with the other guests, wearing a yellow and blue silk lehenga choli, watching Asha getting her mehndi done, with a smile. Just then, Asha's cousin Jai came to her.
"Hey, you don't want to apply mehndi? Go, join them!"
"Uhh...no...I am not interested..." Zoya said with a light smile, while Jai asked with an amused look, "Not interested? Why? The mehndi artist is too good, that even I feel like applying mehndi on my hands."
Zoya giggled hearing it, "It's not that Jai...I seriously don't feel like applying mehndi. Thanks for calling anyway."
"Fine!" Jai shrugged his shoulders and left the place, while Zoya looked down at her hands with a deep breath, lost in some thoughts from the past.
"What are you staring at?"
Zoya looked up hearing Aditya's voice, and saw him dressed up in an ink blue kurta pajama; a look in which she has never seen him till date. He is generally good looking and that wasn't a new knowledge for her. But that day, in that particular attire, she can guarantee that he was the best looking man in that venue.
"Hello Ma'am! Where are you lost?" Aditya asked with a smile, waving his hand at her.
"You." Zoya uttered, while a few more words came out of her mouth, without her permission, "You look dashing!"
Aditya's heartbeats raced up a bit at that unexpected direct compliment from Zoya, while he tried to control the evident blush on his face. He didn't even know how to react for that. There are times when we expect to hear a compliment, and then there are times when we hear a compliment, when least expected. Both the compliments make a hard impact on one.
"Uhhh..." Aditya took a pause, "Yeah? Well...thanks!"
Zoya quickly diverted her sight from Aditya, and recalled the slip of words from her mouth, a few moments back.
