"Organize a party?"

Zoya asked with a puzzled face, putting down her tea cup and looked at Aditya, while they both were sitting by a stall near Marine Drive.

"But I haven't organized any such parties in my life, Aditya."

"As if I am a party planner...even I haven't done anything like that." Aditya said eating his samosa, "Zoya, I just need your help in getting gifts, the decoration stuff and such. The location and rest of the arrangements, Arjun and I can handle. We will just work as a team. So nothing to panic."

"But Aditya..." Zoya turned at him, "When will we do all this? You know I stay with Pooja. At home I can't do anything. Even in workplace, she will be there. Then how can I..."

"Well..." Aditya thought about it, while he turned at her, "Okay! We have 3-4 days yeah? Every day after work, we both will do the shopping for the party and the rest of the planning. Morning hours, whenever Arjun gets time, he will handle the rest. What say?"

"But what will I say Pooja when she asks what am I doing after work?" Zoya asked scratching her head.

"Zoya!" Aditya rolled his eyes and looked at her, "You have asked me nearly 50 questions in 5 minutes! We aren't planning to smuggle drugs or kidnap somebody that you are taking this much tension. Relax!"

Zoya made a puppy face and looked down, while Aditya said, "Handling Pooja is something which Arjun is good at. All these extra tensions, he will take care. You just tell me, if you are fine with working with me for this party?"

Zoya looked at him and smiled, and nodded her head, as she extended her hand, "Done!"

Aditya too smiled at her and shook his hand with hers, while they heard a thunder rumble.

"Ya Allah!!" Zoya exclaimed as she stood up, "I think it's going to rain!!"

"Oh!! Really? Thank you for enlightening me, Zoya! I never knew that!" Aditya said with a surprised face, while Zoya gave a tensed look at him, "Aditya, stop teasing me!"

Aditya smiled and walked to the shopkeeper and gave him the money for their food. He then came to Zoya, who was looking around with a tensed face, and embracing herself in that strong wind.

"Don't tell me you are scared of rain too!" Aditya asked with an unbelievable expression on his face.

"I am not such a coward, Aditya!" Zoya said curling her lips, mocking anger, "You know, I used to dance a lot in the rain in my childhood. Ask Pooja if you don't believe me! Now, I am just tensed that we are yet to reach home, and now the weather is getting worse."

"Relax. I am there right? I will take you home safe, and..." Aditya said, while the rain poured down. As soon as he saw the rain pouring down in front of him, his smile faded off. The word rain didn't affect him, but as the rain really encountered him the feeling he was experiencing was strange. His body went chill and his right hand started trembling.

The rain brought back the horrific past which he so badly wanted to erase, but miserably failed each time. He looked at his right hand, and visualized the pistol with water dripping off from it.

Meanwhile, Zoya was looking at the rain pouring over the sea and smiled at that beautiful sight.

"Pooja was right..." Zoya said in a low tone, "Mumbai looks so beautiful in rain!"

With a smiling face, she turned at Aditya, and was appalled to see him having a panicked and disturbed face.

Zoya giggled, "You teased me and now look at your face, Aditya! You seem to be damn scared of rain."
