Chapter 11: Something has changed

Leah's POV

Classes went by fast. It was lunch time now, and like yesterday, I went to the library to get online. I went to Wattpad and finally decided on making an account, but I had no idea what name I was going to take...

Eventually I decided to think more about a name before actually creating it. So I read some more stories, I learned a lot new English words that I definitely could use in my stories.

When lunch was over, I went back to class.

Last period came fast, and I was still dreading to see T. I could stop thinking about my dreams, I had seen a lot more of her than I wanted to...

So sitting here, in her classroom, waiting for her was nerve wrecking. And when she finally entered, I started thinking back about the dreams.

During the whole period, I wasn't looking up at her. Even when she would point at me to answer a question, I wouldn't look. I was to ashamed of my own thoughts and dreams and I knew I was going to blush or babble when I'd look at her.

And finally class was over, that's when I sighed in relieve.

"Leah, can you stay for awhile?" T asked to which I sighed, I wanted to stay but I was afraid of my own actions.

"S-sure."

Soon everyone was gone and T closed the door. She went to sit behind her desk this time instead of onto her desk, something has changed.

I walked to the front and stood there, instead of sitting down onto a nearby desk.

"Take a seat."

"I'm fine, I don't - "

"Please."

And for the first time since she entered the classroom, I looked at her. Something has changed. I quickly took a chair and sat in front of her.

"Leah, there's something I need to talk to you about."

I gulped, maybe she had noticed my expressions, maybe she had noticed I wasn't looking at her... "S-sure."

Finally she looked at me, right in the eyes. And it seemed we both got silent because of that. That's when I knew, something has changed. "T?"

"Yeah... Leah, there's something... bothering me."

"What?"

She looked down and sighed. "Ever since we started talking, I felt happier." she said and smiled a little. "I always had one friend, your English teacher. We've been friends for a long time now and I'm very happy she's my colleague. Anyway, she made me realize something today." she said as she scooted closer.

I looked at her. Something definitely has changed. "What did you realize?"

Slowly, very slowly, she placed her hand on top of mine. "My feelings."

I gulped, was she saying what I think she's saying? She seemed to be deep in thoughts. "Y-your f-feelings?"

She nodded and looked down. "Leah, I li - "

"It's alright, T. You don't have to say it." I said, I don't know why I said that, I guess I was nervous.

She looked up at me, she seemed more confident. "Leah, I like you."

I gulped. "R-really?"

She nodded. "I know you're probably freaking out because I'm a teacher and we don't know that much about each other but... I really like you." she said and smiled, she seemed relieved that she had said it.

I smiled too. "I like you too."

"Really?" she asked to which I nodded. "Oh alright... So what now?" she asked, she seemed nervous all over again. Her blush grew and it was kinda cute to see.

"Now this." I whispered as I slowly leaned in. T saw me leaning in and did the same. And that's when we kissed each other. The kiss was perfect! Her lips were perfect for mine, it seemed as if they belonged together.

T slowly caressed my face, and I caressed hers. The kiss lasted for awhile until we both pulled away at the same time.

I went to sit down again, slowly letting this sink in. I had just kissed my Math teacher... Wow... We both sat there for awhile, in comfortable silence.

After awhile, T cleared her throat, making me look at her. "So... That was... Wow..."

I laughed a little. "Yeah, that's a perfect description for that kiss: wow."

She chuckled a little. "So... What now?"

"I don't know." I said and looked at her, I scooted closer and slowly put my hand on top of hers. "Are we dating now?"

T looked at me. "I'd love to take you on a date. But I don't really know where we're safe."

I smiled. "It's alright, it's the thought that counts."

She shook her head no. "Nope, we're having a date. Tonight."

"Alright." I said and smiled. "Where?"

"I don't know." she said and buried her face in her hands.

Seeing her like that made me sad, it's true though, us going on a date will be hard. I stood up. "Tonight at my house, my parents aren't home anyway."

T looked at me and smiled. "You sure that's alright?"

I nodded and smiled too. "Of course, it'll be fun."

"Alright, then it's a date." she said and got up, taking her stuff. "I'll give you a ride home."

"Alright." I smiled and got my stuff.

All the while to my house, T held my hand while she was driving. She seemed to be getting more and more comfortable and confident, which I really didn't mind.

"So, we're here." she said as she parked her car at my house.

"Yeah." I said and took my stuff from the backseat. "I'll see you tonight."

"Yeah."

"Alright, bye." I said and wanted to get out but she stopped me. "Is there something wrong?"

She caressed my face and kissed me again. I let her kiss me and quickly caressed her face too. These kisses felt amazing!

"Just wanted to do that." she said after the kiss. "Oh and give me your phone."

"I'm glad you did that." I said and gave her my phone. "Why do you need my phone?"

She was busy on my phone before taking hers out too. Afterwards she gave me my phone back. "Because I wanted your number."

I smiled and looked at my phone. "You put T instead of Talia?"

"You always call me T."

I shrugged "It's easier, and it fits you."

"That's why I put it in like that." she said and wanted to put her phone away. But I took it. "What are you doing?"

I searched my number and when I found it, I saw she had put me in as 'Leah'. I quickly changed it to: 'Leah <3 '. After that I gave her the phone back.

T looked at it and smiled. "Perfect."

"I know." I said and got out. "I'll see you tonight."

"Count on it."

I smiled and blew her a kiss. "Bye bye T."

"Bye bye Leah." she said and drove away.
