Leah's POV

All class long I was thinking, wondering, fearing what Heather had to say. She seemed really angry. Would she know about me and T? Maybe she did recognize me this morning in the car... Or maybe she's angry because I entered class to late...

I sighed again.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Cam asked, whispering since Heather didn't like students talking during her class.

I looked at Cam. "Nothing, I'm fine."

Cam gave me a look, she knew I wasn't. "Of course you are." she said and looked away again.

I sighed again. "I'm wondering why she wants to talk to me after class."

Cam looked at me again, worries in her eyes. "Maybe she just wants to talk about you being late. After all, she doesn't like students that don't follow the rules."

I gasped. "I do follow the rules, I was only 5 minutes late."

Cam shrugged. "What else would it be?"

I looked down, I know what else it could be, but I wasn't going to tell Cam. "Yeah, you're right."

Cam smiled. "Always, babe."

I rolled my eyes. "Don't called me that."

Cam groaned and looked away, she clearly was done with this conversation.

And so I continued stressing for the rest of class, until finally the bell rang and my heart started beating even faster than before. I was so incredibly nervous, I can't believe this.

Everyone took their stuff and left class, except for me. I was watching everyone leave but what I didn't like was that Heather was glaring at me... She knows, she must!

I gulped and got up, slowly walking to her while she got up and closed the door. Oh no, she wants privacy, this can only be bad.

I breathed deep in and out and looked at her, right in her angry eyes. "Uhm, you wanted to talk to me, He- Miss."

She moved her head a little, as if she just discovered something. "What were you about to say just now?"

I gulped again, eyes widening, she knows! "Uhm n-nothing. Just that q-question, Miss."

"Mhm." she said and kept glaring.

We were there for awhile: she leaned against her desk, arms crossed while I was just standing there in front of her, looking down, feeling her glare on me.

"You wanted to talk to me after class?" I asked, not looking up at her.

Suddenly she pulled my face up by my chin and made me look at her, which shocked me. "Don't look so shocked, Leah." she said, emphasizing my name.

I gulped, my eyes widened from the shock.

"I've heard you're pretty close with your teachers." she said through gritted teeth.

My mouth opened to say something but nothing came out, I think I was way to much in shock. Was this really happening?

"Nothing to say for yourself? It seems you have that often, like for example when you're calling someone."

I couldn't believe this, she was really accusing me of being T's girl, which is 100% true but she didn't need to know that. Or did she?

I looked her in the eyes. "I..."

"You what? What could you possibly say that would make this okay?"

I gulped again. "What are you trying to say?" was the first thing that came to mind.

She laughed humorless. "Are you kidding me?" she asked to which I looked down again and shook my head no. "You're dating your teacher!"

At this I looked up.

"Aha, I see I'm not wrong." she said, looking very pissed of. "No," she said, walking to her desk, taking keys and then walked back to me. She took me by my wrist and pulled me with her, we got out of her classroom, she locked it and pulled me with her.

"W-where are we g-going?" I was really worried and scared, was she going to expose us? She can't! T will be in so much troubles! "P-please don't say anything."

She laughed humorless again but continued walking. We walked to... To T's classroom! She just entered and thankfully there were no students. T was there, she seemed to be grading papers.

Heather practically threw me inside and closed the door, which made T look up. "Hey, hey, what's going on here?" T asked, getting up, walking to me, making sure I was okay.

"Oh my God, this is true!" Heather said, raising her voice. She turned around, obviously trying to calm down.

I looked at T. "She knows." I whispered.

"How did she found out?" T whispered.

I shrugged. "She started asking me questions and - "

"Ok, quit the whispering!" she said, raising her voice again, turning around. She walked closer to us, and looked from me to T. "What's wrong with you? You know how wrong it is to date a student!"

T looked down.

"Stop shouting." I said, suddenly feeling brave to protect my baby.

"Oh keep out of this, the adults are talking."

I was taken back by that, she was mean! "I'm no child anymore."

"Are you sure? You don't seem to realize the risks Talia is taking here, she could get in really big troubles!"

I gulped and nodded. "I know. We know." I said, taking T's hand in mine.

"Ugh this is making me sick!" Heather said, faking to gag.

T held my hand close. "Ok, stop it." she said, walking to Heather. "I know you don't want this, obviously." T said to which Heather and me nodded. "But I absolutely love Leah, I want to spend the rest of my life with her, I'm - we're very happy together." she said, looking at me, smiling.

I smiled too and nodded. "We are."

T smiled and looked at Heather. "You're an amazing friend for caring so much but I hope that you understand that what Leah and me have is very special." T said, grabbing Heather's shoulders.

"Don't!" Heather said, raising her voice, pulling T's hands of her. "I can't believe this! I can't believe you!" she said, raising her voice. She looked down, shaking her head no before looking back up. "That you'd go that low, you deserve someone way better!"

I looked down, sniffling.

T pulled me closer. "Wrong, I already have the best."

I hugged T and held her close.

"No, you don't. You could do so much better. Come on Talia, it's not to late yet." Heather said, she seemed so sad. Did she really hate me that much?

T looked from her to me and smiled at me. I smiled back and that's when T looked back at Heather. "No, I'm very happy with my fiancee."

"Fiancee?!" Heather shouted to which T nodded. "I can't believe this!" she shouted and left, she was really angry.

I looked at T. "Maybe you shouldn't have said that last thing..."

T smiled very big, she must be relieved in some way. "Eventually she had to know."

I nodded but I wasn't sure if she should've said that now...
