Leah's POV

And so time flew by, as did my summer break. I had an amazing time with T, we traveled a little. Not too far, we stayed in the country. But we went to the beach, amusement parks, swimming... We had a nice and relaxing summer, which I loved.

Anyway, it was finally time for me to go buy my dress with my mom. Dad didn't want to come with us, for several reasons. He couldn't bare to look at the price of the dresses... Did he really think I'd buy something really expensive? I can't stand spending too much money on things, so I don't know why he'd fear for that...

Second reason: my mom didn't want him to. She said it was going to be a nice time between mother and daughter. She even asked if Cam wanted to join us. But I figured I'd better leave her for now. Poor girl, she really needs to get over this. I mean, it's been 2 years already...

Anyway, mom and me were driving to town. Mom didn't say it but she was nervous. She seemed even more nervous than I was. And I was the one getting married.

I looked at her. "Mom, are you ok?"

She glanced at me. "I'm fine, sweetie." she said, but she wasn't, I saw it in the way she was behaving.

"Sure..." I said and looked outside the window.

Finally we arrived at the dress shop. Mom parked the car and we got out. "I hope we find something nice."

I nodded and we entered.

We walked around the store, looking around. Mom found all kinds of things she liked, so did I. We took them all and tried them.

Something I didn't like, posing after you've tried something on. I don't like people looking at me.

Anyway, I tried on several dresses, but none was really good. Mainly because I always had something that wasn't good. I'm a very difficult person, especially if it comes to things like dresses. Like I said before, I never wear one so this one has to be good if I wanted to wear it on the most important day of my life.

"Sweetie," mom said when I showed one. She walked to me, feeling the dress on my body. "That's the one."

I looked at myself in the mirror. "Do you think so?"

Mom nodded, smiling. "This looks gorgeous on you."

I smiled too, I felt good when mom said that. "I guess we'll take this one then."

Mom nodded. "Perfect."

I blushed and walked back to the changing room. I got back into my own clothes and have the dress to the woman that worked there. She put it safely away and mom paid.

We walked back to the car. "Your dad's going to be happy, the dress wasn't that expensive."

I smiled. "Of course not."

T's POV

I can't believe tomorrow I'm going to get married... I'm so happy to get married but also very nervous. Finally Leah will be mine legally, but it's so full of risks. But I don't mind, I'd do everything again for her.

And tonight: my bachelorette party.

Charlotte, Mary and Heather had arranged it. It wasn't going to be too big. We were just going to be at Heather's house. But they promised me they'll make me regret leaving the single life. I don't even know what I should be expecting... But I was very looking forward to it.

So today, Leah was out with her parents. She was going to spend the night over there too, because we wanted to do it a little bit traditional. I was going to spend the night at Heather's house. My poor house will be lonely. But that way when Leah and me get back home, we'll be back there when we're married.

It's still such an unbelievable thing to realize: I'm going to get married... I'm so happy but it's so surreal. I mean after my previous relationships... I didn't think I'd ever find someone that's perfect for me. I'm so lucky to have her.

Anyway, around 6 I went to Heather's house. My friends were already there. They opened the door and practically pulled me inside. I had to wear a party hat and they wrapped some things around me. I felt like a walking Christmas tree...

"Last day as single lady, Talia." Mary said, handing me a cocktail.

"Are you ready to tie the knot?" Charlotte asked.

I nodded. "I can't wait for it."

"Will Leah get your last name or will you take hers?" Heather asked, drinking from her cocktail.

It was still weird, having her talk about Leah and me, especially since she was so against it. I'm happy she changed though, she's important to me. "We'll take each other's last name. But for school, I'm not changing my name, then everyone will know."

"Good choice." Heather said, nodding.

"So, let's get this party started!"

Leah's POV

So here I was, sitting in the couch, watching tv... On my last night as a free girl. I know, it's my own fault. I should've told my friends and then we'd have a party like T's having right now. But I just am not ready to tell them. Not yet at least.

Anyway, my mom and dad were pretty nervous, it was very obvious. And so they wanted to watch a movie with me, then we'd play a game and then bedtime.

So we were watching the movie, I was enjoying it but my parents kept looking at me. I looked at them. "Is there something wrong?"

They looked at each other, then at me. "Sweetie, are you really sure about tomorrow?" dad asked.

I smiled and nodded. "I'm so excited. I love T so much and I can't wait to be her wife."

They both smiled a little and nodded. "We just hope you know what you're doing. You're very young, waiting a little isn't a crime."

I nodded. "I know, but we're ready. We belong together."

"Ok, that's all we wanted to say."

"Ok, then let's continue watching the movie, shall we?" And so we watched together. I hate that my parents said this to me now. If they had doubts, say it in advanced not now. I'm going to marry T tomorrow because we belong together. And tomorrow is our special day.
