IVY CROUCHED NEXT TO BELLAMY ON A ROOF. Murphy was below them, impersonating Daniel Prime with a knife to Gabriel's throat. He announced, "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the main event of the evening, an adjustment for the demon Gabriel himself. Easy, big boy." The woman who had been trying to get them to drink the poison stepped out of the tavern, and he asked, "Got room for one more?"

"Right this way, holiness," she answered with a curtsy, and she led the two of them inside the building.

Ivy and them watched them go inside from the roof, and Echo muttered, "As soon as someone else knocks on that door, they'll know we took the Tavern."

"That's where we come in," Bellamy responded. "Gabriel and Murphy control the inside. We make sure no one else gets inside."

With a shrug, Ivy added, "If that happens, it'll be thirty on three."

"I like our chances," Octavia responded, and the Bishop woman shot her a small smile before turning back around to watch the door.

It opened a moment later, and the woman stepped out. She then turned to the people and began shouting, "We purify Sanctum through fire! Get the fuel! Soak it down! Together, we send the Demon and his false prophet to Hell!"

"Oh no," the Bishop girl muttered as the people began throwing gasoline on the building that Murphy and Gabriel were in. She practically stumbled off the roof with the others behind her.

They pushed their way through the crowd until they were right in front of the woman, and Bellamy ordered, "Leave the torch and back away."

"Those are your people in there. Help us save them," Octavia told her. She had people in there as well, and she was just sacrificing them for whatever her cause was.

The woman shook her head, stepping in their way before they could try and push past her. "That's what we're doing. Their sacrifice will be a blessing to us all."

"Can't let you do that," Echo muttered, grabbing the woman's shoulder when she went to torch the building. The torch fell to the ground, and Ivy whipped around, getting ready because she knew that a fight was coming.
