"BELLAMY!" IVY SHOUTED, RUNNING OUT OF THE TENT. The man had run outside, searching for his sister who had disintegrated in his arms, and the Bishop girl followed him out. However, when she stepped outside, she couldn't see him anywhere.
It wasn't until she heard the sound of leaves rustling that she turned around and saw his unconscious body being dragged away by some mystical force. She ran toward him, but she only made it a few feet before she hit some kind of invisible wall.
She climbed to her feet, and it felt like hands grabbing her and whipping her around. She was thrown to the ground again, and every time she tried to stand up, she was knocked back over.
"Ivy!" Echo shouted, running over to her and helping her up as Gabriel came over to her as well. She furrowed her eyebrows when she noticed the absence of the Blake man. "Where's Bellamy?"
"It took him, towards the Anomaly," Ivy breathed out in between pants. The wind had just been knocked out of her, like, five times in a row.
"No, no, no, no. Time's not behaving. We have to get to him first," Gabriel informed them, and Echo picked up the gun that Ivy dropped when she was knocked over. He pointed out, "Echo, you can't shoot what you can't see."
"Stop talking. I'm opening up a path. Follow me!" she ordered, and they both ran behind her as she shot the space in front of them, preventing whatever the hell was whipping them around from reaching the,.
Ivy's voice had gone hoarse from all of the yelling. She shouted the entire time that they ran, screaming, "Bellamy! Call out if you can hear me!" Her entire body had been overcome with panic at the sight of him being dragged away.
"What the hell are you doing?" Echo asked, turning around when Gabriel stopped.
The Bishop girl reluctantly halted as well, knowing that she would not do much on her own against whatever the hell was against them. He answered, "Making sure we're not being followed."
"Followed by what? Have you ever seen anything like that?" Ivy questioned with raised eyebrows. She had no clue whether it was some magical force or people that took Bellamy, but Gabriel probably had a clue.
