Ren, Mikayla, and Falcon have all retained their original names from my original concept. Ray, on the other hand, has undergone many name changes over the years.
Back during the time of the original story, I was obsessed with the name "Dennis". So, in the original, Ray was named Dennis.
About the time the current story was beginning to develop, it was decided his name would be Raymundo (another name I really liked at that time). Ultimately, it was decided that Ray was more simple and it fit.
