The Thunder Bros.' personalities and battle style were fashioned and modeled after Android 17 and Android 18 from the Dragon Ball series. I always found the androids interesting, especially during their fight with Trunks and Gohan Trunks' future timeline so I chose to create an evil "dynamic duo" of my own.
