Volume 2 Afterword

#A/N : Hi, welcome to "The Legacy Of It All" Volume 2 afterword !

If you aren't interested in reading my thoughts on volume 2 and what I plan for volume 3, or are lucky enough to live in "THE FUTURE" where there are more chapters after this one, you can skip this chapter; just know that I'm very grateful that you're reading my fan-fic in the first place.

For everyone else, let me thank you even more for deciding to read this.

I'll start by apologizing for the long delays, especially in the last chapters of volume 2; those delays were the result of multiple issues.

First of all, volume 2 : "True Feeling," is much longer than volume 1, which was part of the plan, but had a lot more important characters and emotional scenes, which, it turns out, are harder to write than fight or comic scenes.

I also had a lot more work with school projects, moving apartments, and starting to work, which didn't help in giving me free time either.

I'll try to stay focused and publish a chapter per week from now on.

As for my plans for volume 3, I'll start by saying that I get if everyone is not on board with my plan to bring Arthur back to earth, especially since this part will require introducing a lot of original characters and separating him from the main setting. BUT, I can assure you of 2 things.

In the sections on earth, Arthur will be the main character which I will focus on. Out of everything I have planned, there are only 2 relatively short scenes where I will switch POV. Literally 99% of the parts of Earth will focus on Arthur.

Slight spoiler, but one that I hope everyone will agree is a good thing: I plan to have a happy ending for Arthur, Tessia, and most of the main cast, where I will resolve all of the story lines and all of the problems I presented satisfyingly. Everything won't be perfect; some people might die, some might be hurt, and not all the tension will have been resolved, but overall, it'll be a happy ending.

On a related note, I also plan on properly concluding all the romance plotlines (especially ArtXTess). I personally despise those 'authors' who resolve the romance in the last chapters and act like having the main character and their love interest become a couple is the end of the romance when : IT'S ONLY THE BEGINNING OF THE RELATIONSHIP, YOU MORON!

And don't get me started on those who don't resolve anything and just pretend that there never was any love interest in the first place.

Either way, I hope you liked what you read so far and are interested in seeing this fan-fic to the end.
