"Yesterday is a one day gone, Glaiza. I'm okay now. I hope, so you are." Tinabig ni Angel ang mga palad ni Glaiza.
"Antagal kitang hinintay. Andami kong pinagsisihan nung wala ka na. Gusto ko ng paniwalain ang sarili ko na hindi na tayo magkikita pa pero hindi ako nawalan ng pag-asa. And here you are, para akong halaman na nadiligan ulit para mabuhay. The day you left, that was when I realized I have done it all wrong, and I could practically kick myself for being so stupid, so stupid to choose between you and...."
"You made your choice, you lived with it. And it's all worth it. Maganda na takbo ng career mo." Pamumutol ni Angel sa kanya.
"But not as worth as it is without you. And I regret it. I started to regret when I knew that you've left already, especially when I knew the truth, that you are...."
"Pregnant." Again, she didn't let Glaiza finish her words.
"I'm so sorry Gel, please forgive me."
"I needed you when you left me. But you were decided to do it, so I let you go. I kept silent even though I almost took away my life. Sometimes, the hardest part about letting someone go is realizing you were never meant to have them."
"That was my biggest mistake to you Gel, sorry." Umiiyak pa rin si Glaiza.
"I'm all for letting the past be the past Glaiza. Every decision we make is a choice against something as much as it is for something else. I remember how hard it was. And I choose to let go. I'm quick to forgive. I always been. And that's one of the best thing about me, because it means I'm willing to look past thing and to give people second chances. But some things is, some people don't deserve it."
"Gel...." halos magmakaawa na si Glaiza sa kanya.
"I never wished for a perfect partner. I never expected an amazing romance. All I want is someone who can bring back the love that I gave away. I just want someone who I can call mine." Dinampot niya ang purse nito at humakbang na palayo.
"Gel please!!!"
Halos mapunit na ang puso ni Gel na naririnig ang pagsusumamo ng taong hanggang ngayon ay mahal na mahal pa rin niya ngunit minabuti na lang niyang lisanin ang lugar na yun.
Kinaumagahan, tinawagan niya si Rhian, Chynna at Katrina sa DIR. Masayang nagsalu-salo ang mga ito. Pumunta si Angel sa CR, pagbalik niya, may isang naidagdag sa mesa nila. Glaiza?
"Ah dude, ahm, pinapunta ko na lang siya dito. May usapan dapat kami ngayon kaso I decided na dito na lang kami magkita. I hope di ka galit." An awkward Chynna on her apologetic words.
"Ok lang." Malamig na sagot naman nito. Bigla namang nagring ang celphone nito.
"Oh hi baby, how are you doin'?"
"Really?"
"So how's school?"
"Mommy missed you more anak."
"Be a good girl always ok? I love you baby. Bye."
"Ahm, sorry to ask you this but, is that...." di na natapos ni Rhian ang sasabihin ng sumagot si Angel.
"Zoe, my daughter." Sagot nito na sinadyang tingnan si Glaiza na napayuko naman ang isa.
"Bakit di mo siya isinama?" Si Kat.
"It's school days. Tsaka ako na lang dadalaw sa kanya dun pag medyo maluwag na time ko."
Tumango na lang sila.
Mula noon, mas naging madalas ang pagkikita at pagsasama nina Gel at Glaiza. Dumalaw si Gel sa set nila.
"Si kuya?" Tanong nito kay Chynna na nagmememorize ng lines niya.
"Uy, Gel, andiyan ka pala. Ah, kinukunan niya ngayon sina Glaiza at Rhian, eksena nila ngayon eh."
"Oh, ok. Hintayin ko na lang dito."
Maya-maya pa, may pumasok sa tent na kinaroronan nila. "Enship, you're here?!" At yumakap si Rhian sa kanya.
"Yeah, may ibibigay lang ako kay kuya for the episode na kukunan niyo." Sagot nito. Nabaling ang tingin niya kay Glaiza. "Hi." Bati niya dito. Gumanti rin ang huli.
Naibigay na rin ni Angel ang sadya niya sa pinsan. Biglang pumasok ang manager ni Glaiza sa tent ng....."Glaiza, don't forget my warn to you." At tumingin siya kay Angel.
Di naman nakapagpigil si Angel at sinagot niya ito. "Excuse me lang ho, why don't you just take me to the point. Nung meeting pa lang ganyan na kayo sa akin, may problema ho ba?"
"I am her manager and I have the rights to protect her."
"Bakit ho, ano po ba ginagawa ko sa kanya?"
"Sa ngayon wala pa, but I don't know later on. At bilang manager niya, hindi ko hahayaang maulit muli ang nangyari nun."
"Wag ho kayong mag-alala, di na ho mauulit yun dahil wala naman ho akong balak na ulitin pa yun!"
Nasaktan si Glaiza sa narinig mula kay Angel.
"Mabuti kung ganun. Glaiza's having an affair with you was a failure."
"I know, I know that there are some people who's saying that my affair with her was a failure. And definitely, you're one of them, I know. But you know what, I don't really feel like I need to respond or to explain to people that view it that way. It doesn't matter what I think and it doesn't matter how I feel coz what happened has happened already, and the past is still past. That's why I don't think so that I owe an explanation to anybody, not even you! So if you don't mind, I'll excuse my self now!" And then she walked away.
Napanganga ang tatlo. Sinundan siya ni Glaiza. Tinawag siya ng manager nito ngunit nagpadiretso lang siya.
"Angel wait!" Hawak na niya ang braso ng isa. "Please, don't leave me." At biglang bumuhos ang ulan ngunit nanatili sila dun sa kinatatayuan nila.
"How I'd love not to leave you. Infact, ikaw ang isang sadya ko dito coz, God, I miss you so much, that I want to do the same of what I am doing before but, but your manager is....."
Glaiza kissed her on the lips. "Not ever again honey. Not ever again." At muli, they kissed each other deeper, more rough. And they didn't mind people looking at them, dahil tanging mga tibok ng puso lang nila ang naririnig nila pareho, tanging silang dalawa lang sa lugar na yun ang iniisip nila.
