Wednesday found Bianca in the fencing room, practicing her skills, though it looked more like she was venting her frustrations.
She turned and saw Wednesday approaching her in his black fencing outfit. "Wednesday. I thought you were taking a break from the team."
Wednesday raised his blade and crouched down slightly. "Sabbatical's over."
He swung at Bianca who blocked him and pushed him back.
"En garde."
The two stood in the mat and got into position, Bianca struck first, but Wednesday blocked her.
"I've barely seen you all semester." He commented.
Bianca shrugged. "We have different extracurriculars. You do comas, I do a cappella."
"And galas?" Wednesday added. "You've taken to those like a Siren to water."
Wednesday swung against, but Bianca blocked his sword with her own, and flipped her his attack.
"Your mother deserves most of the credit. Her attention to detail is incredible. I've enjoyed working with her." Bianca complimented.
"Speaking of mothers, how's yours?" He wondered.
"Haven't seen her since the summer."
Wednesday pointed his word at her, walking forward. "So, you missed her when she was hiding in that classroom off the quad?"
Bianca flared up and swung at Wednesday who blocked. "I don't know what Ajax told you, but stay out of it!"
"You've involved my family, so that's an impossibility."
The two continued to fight, crossing blades with each other while Wednesday dug out the truth. "Dort is blackmailing you and your mother, isn't he? That's why you Siren-songed my grandmother. The four horsemen of the apocalypse would have to gallop through her tombstones before that woman gave a cent to this school."
Bianca tried to disarm Wednesday, but he managed to twist her blade out of her hand, and held both of them against her chest, pushing her back against a pillar.
He stared at Bianca, waiting for her to tell him the truth, and she finally gave out.
"I thought I had freed my mom from my stepfather. But it turns out, Gideon is just the frontman. And Dort is behind it all. He was playing everyone from the start. He plans to steal your grandmother's fortune."
Wednesday backed away and lowered the swords. "You should have come to me."
"Even Wednesday Addams can't save me from this. I'm sorry, but I have no choice. And I still don't." Bianca then ripped off her necklace and stared Wednesday in the face. "You won't remember this conversation, or anything you know about my mother. Nothing about the gala is suspicious to you. Let it go."
Bianca stormed out of the room, leaving Wednesday by himself. Or so she thought.
Agnes giggled next to Wednesday, having been invisible this whole time. "You called it perfectly."
