A massive lightening storm raged outside of Nevermore as Isaac, Francoise, Tyler, Pugsley, and (Y/n), now in her human form, rose the elevator up to the top of Iago Tower. The door opened and Isaac looked around in amazement.

"It's all still here."

Tyler looked around as well, not so amazed at the sight of old broken machine parts scattered everywhere. "Great. Now how are we going to put this junk back together?"

"We're not. I am." Isaac waved his hand, and removed the cloth off an old gramophone, which began playing music.

He continued to use his ability to lift all the machine parts off the ground, connecting them back into place to rebuild his device.

...

Meanwhile, Morticia, Gomez and Wednesday had entered the secret passageway that led to Iago Tower.

"Even if you didn't tell me the truth about Thing, why didn't you tell him?" Wednesday demanded to know.

"Because sometimes the truth is better left buried." Gomez reasoned.

"Thing had no memory of Isaac. After everything Isaac did you your father, why burden Thing with that knowledge?" Morticia asked rhetorically.

"I like to think whatever trace of goodness was in Isaac somehow ended up in Thing." Gomez said.

"Except now he's reattached to Isaac, and he's about to kill your son, and unlocked (Y/n)'s Hyde who now serves him." Wednesday snapped.

They arrived at the bottom of the elevator and heard the music playing from above.

"Mad scientist, cliché soundtrack. Perfect."

Morticia turned to Gomez. "Darling, you call the sheriff. Leave this to us."

"Querida, save our boy." Gomez whispered.

Morticia nodded, as she and Wednesday turned and began running up the stairs.

...

Isaac had finished putting the machine together and it all began to power up. The music stopped, and Isaac almost collapsed to the floor from exhaustion.

Francoise looked at him with concern. "Isaac, are you alright?"

"I'm fine." He reassured her. "Secure the power source."

Tyler dragged Pugsley to the same chair Gomez had sat in and strapped his arms and legs down as Isaac stood by a box with all sorts of buttons and switches and began turning the machine on.

"I've been waiting for this moment for 30 years..." Isaac mumbled.

Francoise watched as Tyler placed the helmet on Pugsley's head and turned to Isaac.

"It's time, Isaac." She whispered. "Do it now. Now! You promised me."

Isaac, although hesitant, sighed and extended his hand towards Tyler. He lifted him up in the air and slammed him onto the table beneath the machine, strapping him down.
