Dear Prison Diary,

"Hello, my good man!" I shouted in a deep enough voice walking pass a man in a suit. He looked at me strangely then nodded and I smiled my fake mustache twitching.

Yeah, that was right. I got a fake mustache. Why? If you're going to portray a man you need some fur plastered on your top lip to make you look manly. That was man code I was sure.

I was strolling with my head held high, my chest out, and my shoulders wide and strong. My chest was sort of a problem as you can guess but I bought a huge coat to cover up.

After leaving the duffel bag store I headed straight to the men's clothing store and picked out the most convincing outfit I could find. It made me look like an Inspector Gadget that I read about in my book.

As I went into the store I remember a number of men staring at me like I had gone completely insane. I managed to not let them see me enter the dressing room. That definitely would not have been good.

I came up to the register and laid my outfit down on the counter the cashier man looked at me strangely then down at the clothes I was purchasing then back up at me. I faked smiled sweetly at him.

"Miss you realize this is a men's clothing store yes?" The man said to me like I was the dumbest person in the world. I pursed my lips and set my hands down on the counter and smiled even more sweetly.

"Yes sir I realized that quite well, you see I'm purchasing clothing for my..." I stopped and thought for a few seconds "Husband!" I said with so much confidence that it almost sounded true to me.

The man stared at me with a lot of doubt in his eyes and he squinted suspiciously.

"Your...husband?" He asked sounding almost surprised.

What did that mean anyway? I could've gotten a husband if I wanted to! Too bad I didn't want one. Men were all scum to me, especially that judgemental cashier!

"Yes, sir and if you were to be so kind as to ring up these clothes for me I'd be so grateful. My husband is a very impatient man." I said again sweetly.

By "my husband" I really meant myself. I was a very impatient woman.

The cashier man took another doubting look at me and then finally started ringing up the clothes and on the inside, I shouted out with joy but on the outside, I waited silently.

The man gave me the clothes and I gave him the money. I stuffed them into the duffel bag and before he could say "Have a nice day" I was already out the door walking quickly making sure not to waste any more time.

Lastly, I headed across the street to the costume store and purchased a fake mustache. Again the men stared at me suspiciously but I ignored them determined not to drag any more attention to myself. I rushed over to the cashier and paid for the mustache telling him that it was for my husband again because he wished to be manlier.

Like I said before "my husband" really just meant me.

After that, then was when I showed up at the facility and spoke with Layna and Ms.Kristi. When I left I looked for the first place I could find with a bathroom and my eyes landed on the library. It was a place that I always went to so, of course, I wouldn't look suspicious going inside. I rushed in there heading straight for the bathroom, not without seeing a few familiar faces and saying hi to them.

So after rushing into the bathroom and changing into those ugly excuse for clothes, I waited at least 20 minutes for me to walk out so no one would get realize that it was just me and I kept my head down and the hat I bought covered most of my face. I tucked all my hair into the hat securing it with a ponytail so it wouldn't slip out.
