Dear Prison Diary,

My crusted eyes opened quickly to see the rusting metal wall I was facing and I woke up from what I thought was a strange dream.

It made my head hurt and my hands sweaty. My heart was pounding kind of hard and I placed a fist on my chest.

'What the hell was that?' I thought in my head. The butterflies in my stomach were going crazy and so was my mind.

'Wow I'm officially going crazy.' I thought and placed my other hand on my forehead.

"Uh...Violet? A-Are you awake?" I croaked out loud and cringed at the awkward sound of my voice.

I didn't hear anything but on the chance that she might have been awake I continued "I um...just had the strangest dream that we were um...um.." I stuttered nervously trying to compose what I was about to say.

"Kissing." Her soft low voice mumbled out of nowhere and my eyes widened. It almost sounded like she was close, like really close.

I frowned and then slowly started to turn over and when I saw Violet laying beside me on her back staring upwards, I shrieked so lous that I probably woke up some of the prisoners.

She wasn't startled by my scream, she didn't react. She just played there continuing to stare upwards with a neutral look on her face.

I scooted back, pressing myself against the wall as my heart started beating fast again. That feeling was coming back again. The feeling that I was going crazy.

"What the- Violet what are you doing in my bed?!" I shrieked out again and I could see her start to roll her eyes.

I grabbed the sheet and held it all the way up to my chin, almost as if it would protect me. Yeah like a sheet thin as paper was going to protect me.

She regarded me with a sideways glance and sighed loudly.

"Actually you're in my bed." She answered calmly. I chuckled nervously.

"In your bed? In not in your b-" I started to say but when my eyes caught a glimpse of the bottom of my metal bed hovering over us my eyes widened. I turned over more and looked down at the ground that was closer then it was supposed to be.

I stopped breathing and stopped moving. 'I'm in her bed...'

I looked over at her in shock and she looked back at me in annoyance.

"I'm dreaming." I whispered softly and she rolled her eyes once again. "I'm dreaming, this is not real. In in a dream." I whispered to myself still while clutching the sheet, trying hard to convince myself that I wasnt lying in Violet's bed at that moment.

"Yeah, why don't we just forget about it?" She asked me softly with a bored shrug and I looked over at her like she was insane.

"Forget about it?! Violet I'm in your bed! What am I doing here? Did you put me here? Of course you didn't put me here but still how did I get here?! You'd never allow me in your bed. So why am I here? Was I sleepwalking? Am I still asleep?" I bombarded her with question after question, while more questions were still running through my brain. I couldn't remember what happened the night before or I did remember but I just found it so unreal that I thought it was only a dream.

I could see that Violet was reaching the peak of annoyance when the vein on her forehead started protruding. She tore the sheet from her body and crawled out of the bed and stood there staring down at me with a serious glare.
