Dear Prison Diary,

The man's deep voice startled me that was for sure but what really started me was how close behind he was from me. He could have literally grabbed me if he chose to.

I could feel my whole body freeze and my blood temperature dropped to below 0. I was standing with one foot in front of me and one in the back preparing to leave the scene but I couldn't. My body was frozen with fear.

After a long silence filled with dread I finally slowly started to turn around towards him feeling beads of sweat forming on my forehead. I gulped and uttered one word.

"Y-Yes?" I spoke so softly that I sounded like a small girl let alone a man. I rose my hand to my mouth and cleared my throat while giving my chest a good pounding.

"Uhm Y-Yes Sir?" I said again with my voice regaining its low octave and I stood up straight and confidently before the man.

"You forgot your pen, Sir." The man said nicely and pulled a pen from behind his back extending his hand out to me. I gaped at him, my eyes wider than saucers as my mind tried to process what he just said.

'I...forgot my pen?'

I looked down at his hand that was holding the black pen out to me. Suddenly a smile spread across my face widely and I chuckled loudly. It was rather funny. I was so worried that I had been caught when in fact the man was just returning a pen to me.

As I soon stopped laughing the man stared at me strangely and nervously laughed with me. I looked back down at the pen and realized that it wasn't even mine. I didn't bring a pen there it was already there on the desk when I came.

"That's not mine Sir but thank you," I said and smiled genuinely at the actual nice man. He looked down at the pen and chuckled realizing his mistake.

"Oh, my mistake." He said awkwardly facepalming himself. I chuckled again still with the manly draw and we shared a laugh together.

"Not a problem," I said and nodded my head. But then the unexpected happened.

Suddenly my mustache unattached from one corner of my mouth and it was slightly hung ajar from one side. It wiggled back and forth until finally, it fell smack down on the floor. Everyone looked down to the floor in shock except for me. My eyes were staring straight ahead trying to overlook the fact that my facial hair just peeled off my face.

My eyes went wide again as I realized that everyone was still staring down at the mustache in shock. I reached down really quickly to pick up the fake mustache and the even more unexpected happened.

My hat slipped off of my head tumbling onto the floor. My long hair cascading down my head slightly onto the floor and I could hear dozens of gasps of shock.

'Ohhhhhhh Shit.' I thought.

I shot up straight pinning my mustache back onto my mouth and placing my hat on top of my head.

"Good day to you Sir!" I said to the penman bringing my voice down to a deep octave even though there was basically no point anymore. I turned around and started to walk away but the man grabbed me by the shoulder spinning me around.

"You're not going anywhere, woman!!" He shouted out to me squeezing onto my shoulder. Took him long enough to figure it out too damn. Men really were slow.

My eyes scanned around the room slowly staring at every man in the room their shocked faces quickly turned to angry ones.

I looked back at the Penman, and he was staring outside towards the doors.

"Security!! Come in here and arrest this cross-dressing woman!" He yelled outside to them. My eyes widened in shock as he called them over.

Two men walked in while pushing passed everyone and making their way over towards me. Their faces were smug and their statues were large and built. They looked at me with disgust and I realized that my mustache was hanging off my mouth ajar and my hair was frizzled about under my hat. When they got to us the one on the left grabbed my arm pulling me close into him.

"Seems like someone forgot her place now did she?" He said with an amusing snarl. I stared up at him appalled.

"My place? My place?! You mean my place as a citizen! My place as a damn human being! My place as-" Before I could finish my sentence the man on the right yanked my hand pulling it behind my back and I winced.

As I felt the cold metal clamp onto my wrist I started thinking about Layna. How she'd feel once she realized that her worries were true. I was being arrested! Who knew for how long. I could feel a sharp pain in my chest but I quickly ignored it as the guard pulled me towards the door.

"No! Wait, stop!" I yelled out struggling against the guard's grip but he was still managing to pull me towards the door. Both men were gripping onto one arm and my hands were cuffed so I was left completely defenseless. They were just lucky the cuffs were on because if not they'd feel pain.

"You men don't understand! Us women, we are citizens too and we deserve the same rights as you do!" I protested while digging my shoes into the floor making it harder for them to drag me away.

All the men in the room laughed and some scoffed at my protest and I felt disgusted. Disgusted with every single one of them. They were all just no good bastards who only cared to satisfy their own damn needs. 'Just like my father' I thought.

"Oh shut up. No one cares about what you think!" The man pulling me shouted out and yanked me harder. This made the room erupt with laughter and I could feel tears start to burn my eyes. How dare they laugh at me like that? Why couldn't they understand?

I struggled some more kicking and thrashing against the two large guard's arms but alas they won the battle.

"You will all be sorry one day for the way you treat a woman! Just wait one day there will be a female Mayor and she'll be a better Mayor all the ones before!" I yelled out again at them with tears now slipping down my eyes. No matter what I did I could not keep them from coming out. Between the men roughly pulling me, all of them laughing at me, and how humiliated I was it was just way too much to handle.

They laughed again waving their arms at me and shouting things like "She's absolutely crazy." and "She's a female, what do you expect?". I felt like an idiot right then and there. All those men laughing at me.

When the guards finally pulled me outside they yanked my arms and pulled me into the back of a large truck that I didn't remember seeing before. I yelled and screamed but they still managed to push me in the back seat. It was hard to sit up since I was laying down on my stomach and my hands were behind my back but I managed to sit up straight and I lean over the chair to look at the guard.

"Where are we going?" I asked the man stupidly. He turned around and looked at me and then he chuckled so loudly I could feel my ears vibrating.

"Well, you're going to prison." He said to me emphasizing the "you're". He looked back at me and saw my disappointing face.

"P-Prison?" I asked astounded, my voice squeaking a little.

"What? Did you think you were actually gonna get away with this?" He asked me in an amusing tone and I glared at him.

"I would have!.....If I had bought a better adhesive for that damn mustache" I muttered under my breath.
