Dear Prison Diary,

"I'm sorry for not helping you" She spoke softly without any emotion leading me to wonder if she truly was sorry.

"I'm sorry for calling you a Bitch." I said back to her and I think I actually meant it.

From the corner of my eye, I saw her move and I realized she was shaking her head. She sighed and stared down at the floor.

"Don't say things that you don't mean." She spoke again, her voice calm and steady.

"You meant it when you said that. I know you did. I saw it in your eyes. I felt your aura." She turns her head to face me and I immediately rolled my eyes.

There she went again talking about auras.

"Violet you can not just look at someone and immediately know how they are feeling, not even if you can read their aura." I said speaking with a mystical voice as a way to mock her as I felt she didn't take what I said seriously.

"You don't know me. You don't know me at all" The words slipped out of my mouth before I even realized I said them. I turned away then not wanting to see her intense stare.

"I know you...I've only known you for a short time and I already know what you are all about..." I frowned as she said this. We did only know each other for a short time. Could she already know all there was to know about me?

"I know you, Avalon..." She spoke again and I swallowed a lump that gathered in my throat.

'No, you don't' I thought.

"I do," She said out loud almost as if reading my mind. Could she read my mind?

'No, she can't' I thought.

"I can" She spoke again, this time, surer of herself. 'How does she do that? That is so creepy and weird!'

"It is," She said her voice becoming sterner. I quickly turned to her starting to get annoyed.

"Would you stop that?! Get out of my head." I said to her my cheeks flushing a little bit.

She stretched her lips into a smirk.

'That smirk that is just so...'

"Fine," She said with a heavy sigh.

"F-Fine?" My voice stuttered nervously.

She looked at me confused.

"Yes...fine I will stop."

"Oh ha ha." I laughed awkwardly. My cheeks beginning to glow red.
I wonder if she knew what I was thinking. Now that would have been extremely awkward.

We were both seated on the bottom bunk. Her on the left and me on the right with my legs propped up and her legs crossed. After that passionate hug, our legs got very tired and sore so we decided it was time to sit down before our legs wore away.

We did not speak or look at one another. She looked to her right and I looked to my left. My heart was still pounding quickly as I thought about the intimate embrace.

My fingers grabbed at the tips of my long brown hair lying on the bed. I twisted them and pulled them and knotted them as I tried to not think about how warm Violet was and how close she held me.

'Ugggh, stop thinking about it' I yelled inside my head.

I mentally scolded myself and as I did I yanked my hair a little causing me to whisper a soft "ow".
