Welcome to my Dystopia

"Life was just like a box of chocolates you never know what you're gonna get." Quote from some old movie like a hundred years ago.

Even though it is an old quote, it still is relevant. Why? That quote reigns true every single day we live, every single day we thrive, and every single day we search for something worth searching for.

A few years ago, about 5, I had to learn this the hard way. My whole life turned upside down because of one tiny, (alright not tiny but big) really big decision that changed my life and my outlook on it forever.

The day I got locked up in prison. It's a frustratingly long story but to get you to understand all the facts I will have to explain everything in heavy detail.

This story that you are about to follow is my Prison Diary.

The story of a girl, that fought for her freedom, her self-worth, and her identity.

Hopefully, it will go down in history.

Or is it up in history? Oh well, however that shit works!

Dear Prison Diary,

This life....was not a life worth living. So why did I still live? I had no damn idea.

I read about when living was a lot simpler than this. One hundred years ago, every race, gender, and religion were treated equally. We were all living in luxury.

Oh wait, well, there was still war in all places but at least there was no war of genders.

What is the war of the genders you ask?? Well I will tell you. It all started the year 2024. That was the year the first female president ever, like EVER, became our national leader. An amazing leader at that too.

Obviously not alot of people liked that a woman would be the leader of our nation. By a lot of people I meant men specifically because they thought woman were too fragile, indecisive, and emotionally unstable to rule a whole nation. Yeah, well I thought that was bullshit. And so did a lot of other women.

So many men began to protest and even riot because of the "irrational" and "terrible" decision. It was happening all around the U.S.! So much, that it couldn't be stopped. This started to make the government nervous. They started to even fear for the president's life and for the lives of those who supported her.

On one awful day...the people behind the president found it best that she resign from her presidency. Without giving America any political statement or explanation, she resigned from her presidency after 4 months.

America was devestated, or at least the women were and any other supporters. The president had to relocate to another country. I think it was Ecuador. She had been living there ever since. Or should I say "had been living there."

Obviously by now she must be dead.

So, yes America went into an epic war. War like you've never seen. Man vs. Woman. Everybody was trying to decide who our next president would be. Would it be a man or another woman?

Whatever was decided I didn't read about because it didn't matter anyway. After decades and decades of this debacle men and women literally declared war. I'm talking armies, weapons, killings, and deaths.

Where did the kids stay you ask? They stayed locked up in seperate facilities or "daycare" if you want to call it that. Boys stayed in different facilities than girls. So yes there was segregation.
