Dear Prison Diary,

My heart stopped and so did my breathing and also any movements. My eyes grew wide and my hands held on tighter to the metal bars.

'Someone else is in here...'

My thoughts told me again and panic surged through me. I thought the cell would just be my own. I didnt know I would be sharing it with someone else and whoever this someone else was I already didn't like her.

I could feel a presence behind me yet it still felt like no one was there but I knew I was not crazy. That voice was definitely real and it told me it wasn't my conscience which was obviously something a conscience wouldn't say.

I soon realized that I was standing there paralyzed like a lunatic not turning around. I had to confront this person. So slowly and ever so cautiously I turned my head still holding onto the bars and looked forward into the darkness.

"W-Who are you?....Why are you in my cell?" I said my voice squeaker than even Layna's. I had to say this was the most vulnerable I had ever sounded in my life. Whoever this person was she sure knew how to intimidate.

I stared intensely forward into the darkness while I saw nothing but a shadowy figure sitting down in the corner not moving an inch. It did not move or make a sound it just sat there probably staring me right in my eyes. Then all of a sudden it stood up.

It stood up and I could feel my heartbeat quicken even more.

"I think the better question is.." The person said in her velvety mysterious voice. "Why are you-" She continued "in my cell?" Her voice sounding even lower than before. She walked forward into the light and finally I saw her and the first thought that came into my mind...

'What the fuck!'

This girl looked like something straight from a horror film. Even scarier then I could imagine. She stood there with her skin as white as ivory that shone in the bright light and her long hair, black as midnight that shone in the light and covered her pale face. Her head was hanging low but still I could see that the only color on her face was on her lips. They were very bright and red and that didn't make much sense to me since she wasn't wearing any makeup. She didn't strike me as a glamorous girl either.

'This girl looks like Snow White...from Hell!!'

Mysterious and eerie yet strikingly beautiful.

She lifted her head and stared at me with her expressionless eyes that were almost as dark as her hair but the light showed that they were just very very brown. My eyes grew even wider as they saw hers. She did not blink once so I decided that I was not going to blink either and I tried my best but alas my large doe-like light brown eyes were no match for her piercing dark ones that were staring into my very soul.

"Do you speak little one? Where did that mouth go?" She said to me slowly and with intimidation. 'It sunk down the drains and into the sewage' I wanted to say but this girl didn't strike me as one who enjoyed jokes.

I gulped and slowly let go of the bars and looked down at my hands realizing that my knuckles were whiter than ever and my palms had turned pink. I needed to relax.

I looked up at her and she still stared at me patiently waiting for my answer. 'Come on Avalon speak! You're fearless remember?' I said to myself.

"U-Uhm....W-Who are you?" The words slipped out of my mouth before I had a chance to pull them back in. Not the very best comeback response but it had to do. I did, in fact, wanted to know who she was.
