Austin's POV
"Hey guys!" Madison said, plopping into the bed and turning the tv on.
"Hi..." I said, really wanting to know what Robert was going to say.
"So, Austin, how was your surf lesson?" Alex said, nudging me.
"It was fine..." I answered.
"I saw you hitting on her, admit it." Alex joked, giving Robert a fist bump.
I just glared at them. Alyssa must've heard us because I saw her facial expression change.

*Flashback to surf lesson* I walked off with a cute girl that Alex or Robert definitely would hit on.
"Hi, I'm Taylor. But you can call me Tay or T. So what's your name?" She smiled.
"I'm Austin." I smiled back. I thought Robert or Alex would've wanted her number so I asked her for it and she actually gave me it. I gave her mine too.
*End of flashback*

I was watching the tv when I noticed my phone light up. It was a text from Taylor. I unlocked me phone and read it:
'Hey Austin! So I know we just met and everything, but I was wondering if you wanted to go out for dinner tonight?'
I thought about it... I had nothing to do so I replied with a 'yes'.
I hopped into the shower and cleansed the salt water from my hair. After getting out, I put on a Trukfit tank and basketball shorts.
"I'm heading out guys!" I said, walking out the door. I met Taylor at the beach and we went to a restaurant that was nearby.
"So how's life?" She asked.
"Pretty nice, you?" I replied.
"Normal, as usual." She said, a small laugh coming out. Not long after, a waiter came and we ordered our food. I kind of liked this restaurant for one reason and one reason only.
The food comes fast.
The night went by really fast, but it was nice.
I thought it was a nice 'first date' so I asked her if she wanted to go out again. She obviously said yes.
We left the restaurant and walked along the seaside. It was an amazing view. The sun on the horizon and the calm sea. I felt her hand find its way into mine and intertwine our fingers. It was kind of awkward cause we just met, but it was nice.
Am I starting to like Taylor?
