Alyssa's POV

"Austin I-" I started. 

"Just stay away from me." He stormed off. 

Alex and Robert must have gone with him because they were out of sight too. 

Ahh great. Is this how it's going to be everyday? Ugh. I just want to go home right now. 

"Woah, what's with the anger, chillllll." The guy said in a surfer tone. 

"Who are you?" I said, the tone was kind of annoyed. 

"Christian, thanks for asking. And you are?" He said in still a drunk way. 

"Alyssa." I mumbled back. 

"Alyssa! You have to come quick!" I heard from far away. Then I saw a tall figure running towards me. Alex. 

"Alex? What's wrong?" I said worried. 

"It's Austin. You need to come quick." Alex said out of breath while he pulled me by the arm and Madison trailed behind us. We ran up to our hotel room and Alex opened the door. The only person I saw was Robert.

"I don't see anything wrong..." I said confused.

"Well do you see Austin?" Robert said loudly.

"No..." I squinted.

"Exactly! We can't find him anywhere!" Alex started rummaging through stuff. We looked furiously through the two rooms. No Austin.

"Damnit, where are you Austin!" Robert shouted.

"Guys..." Alex stopped.

"Alex..." Madison said confused.

"Austin's with Taylor isn't he." Alex sighed.

"How do you know?" I asked, kind of pissed.

"Austin likes Taylor. A lot." Robert interrupted.

"Oh really." I was pissed now. 

I tried calling Austin. It rang twice, then sent me to voicemail. Well thanks. 

"What should we do?" Madison said.

"Well how do we know Austin's with Taylor?" Robert chipped in.

"Where else would he go?" Alex replied.  

Austin's POV

"Just stay away from me!" I stormed off. I don't know where I'm going, but I just want to leave. I can't go into our hotel room, they're going to find me. And I don't want see Alyssa at all right now. 

Taylor.  I'll call Taylor and see if she wants to go out. 

"Hello?" Taylor answered.

"Hey, it's Austin. I have nothing to do right now, so do you want to go to dinner again?" I asked in the sweetest tone I could.

"Sure, why not! I'll meet you at the beach in five!" She exclaimed. 

Thank god, an escape. 

I met Taylor at the beach and we went to Olive Garden. Luckily, none of the guys saw me leave. But then I started thinking of how I was gonna get back. They're probably pissed at me. I'll probably stay over with Taylor.

"Of course! Anything for you!" Taylor smiled brightly. Ok, I think I love her now.

*The next day* 

Alyssa's POV

Waking up the next morning, I knew Austin wouldn't be back. We only have three more days until we have to go back. We can't keep having problems like this. 

I looked at the time... 11:00. Okay. Maybe it's not the morning.

"Finally, you're up!" Madison sighed. 

"Where is everyone?" I said groggily. 

"The guys are going around the beach to look for Austin." Madison laughed I joined in. 

"What should we do then?" I asked, still kind of tired. 

"Want to go look for cute guys?" Madison sat up. 

"You would suggest that... And sure. But make sure Austin doesn't see me..." I agreed.  

"Why?" Madison asked, already knowing the answer. 

"... Well I still kind of... like Austin... A lot." I mumbled. 

"I know, it's ok. I'll keep you safe." Madison hugged me tightly. "And I know Austin is one of those guys who would break your heart... He's really changed since you came back. This isn't like him. Usually, he doesn't stop trying to get a girl." Madison reassured me.

"But... I feel like I have no chance with him.. Our past..." I started.

"Don't worry about the past Alyssa. The past is the past, that's why today is a present. Who knows why he even bullied you... I'm sorry for leaving you buy the way." Madison explained. 

"It's ok, like you said, that was the past." I smiled.
