Chapter 31
___
Austin's POV
"So did you ask her out?" Robert's eager voice came out of my iPhone.
"Yeah..." I smiled to myself.
"What'd she say?" I could hear him jumping.
"Yeah..." I started thinking about Alyssa.
"Congrats dude!" I heard him clap.
"Yeah..." I started daydreaming.
"Austin, use your words." He suddenly became all serious.
"Sorry Rob, I just, can't get her off my mind..." I shot back to reality.
"Do you think she feels the same way?" He asked.
"Maybe... I don't know?" It came out more like a question.
"Well good luck with that!" He got all excited again.
I let out a small chuckle. "Haha, thanks bro."
"Anytime." I heard him laughed.
"Oh and one more thing. You know Fusion Rock Records? Well they want to sign me for a record label there! We're having a meeting this Saturday at 5:00 pm." I got excited.
"Really?! Congrats! Again... Look, I gotta go, see you tomorrow?" He replied.
"Yeah, see ya." I said before we both hung up.

I picked out a casual light blue high-low dress that had a black crop tank top attached. Then I got out my black heels that weren't too tall or too short, just right. My hair was acceptably straight so I just clipped a black bow on the back of my hair.
I didn't feel like putting on much make up so I just put on some mascara and lined by bottom water line.
By the time I finished it was 6:40.
I should probably get to school...
