Austin's POV
I spent twenty minutes thinking about the song, not hearing a word from Alyssa. She's probably singing it in her head or something. After a good hour, I came up with nothing. Absolutely nothing.
"Now we need an ending..." I turned to Alyssa. I stopped when I noticed she was asleep on the bed. I couldn't help but notice how adorable she was when she sleeps. I can't believe I ever bullied her.
No, Austin, that's the past. Get over it. My mind snapped at me.
I stared at Alyssa peacefully sleeping on her side, admiring how delicate she looked.
Man, she was beautiful.
I shook myself from zoning out and continued working on the song, hoping it would make her happy if she woke up and the song was finished. I started tapping the pencil on the paper like I always do when I get nervous or when I'm thinking.

"Finally!" I jumped at the thought once I wrote the last word. I sang the last part a few times, just to make sure it made sense.

I hope Alyssa will love me after this. Because honestly, I love her.
