She felt like crying, she felt like bursting into tears and dropping to her knees. Happy tears of course, because she was leaving. She was putting on the old clothes that she was dropped off in and she was out of here. She felt bad for Sprat though, Nina was all Sprat had because once Nina left it was just Sprat and a bunch of men that Sprat dominated.

"Don't worry Sprat, Aubrey will come get you out too. I promise you."

Sprat shrugged as she sat with her back against the wall. They had woken up by the screaming guard five minutes earlier and they were now waiting for him to return.

It was an everyday routine, guard comes in to wake you up, he leaves for ten minutes while you brush your teeth, make your bed and clean your cell. Even though there wasn't anything to clean because they weren't allowed to have anything.

Today was different though, Nina had to throw away her toothbrush and bottle of toothpaste after using it instead of putting it away. She had to yank off her paper thin sheet instead of folding it nicely on the metal cot. It was different, but god it was a good different.

"Your so lucky, Nin."

Nin was a nickname that Nina had adopted from Sprat. Sprat gave Nina the nickname because sprat said she didn't like four letter words, so Nina's new name was Nin. Which is pronounced Nina but just without the "uh" sound at the end so technically it should be spelled "Neen" but that's a four letter word, which is why Sprat changed her name in the first place.

Nina, or Nin, was gonna miss Sprat, she was gonna miss her weird quirks and antics, her dominant, aggressive behavior towards everyone but most of all she was gonna miss having a friend. Of course she had Aubrey, she didn't hate him anymore because he kept his promise. Of course his promise was broken for a short amount of time but he still got her out, two weeks was better then 3 months so she wasn't complaining.

"Aww, c'mon Sprat. Cheer up buddy. I'm gonna come get you I promise."

"What if you can't though?"

She stood up now, grabbing onto the metal bars and trying to squeeze her face through an opening. Nina felt horrible, like a person in an animal shelter just going to look. There was no point in going if you weren't going to adopt because then you'd get the animals hopes up. You'd make them think that they were gonna leave with you but In reality you were just gonna leave without them.

That's how Nina felt in this situation and it sucked.

"Because I know Aubrey, he loves me and he wants to see me happy. Being with you makes me happy Sprat."

"He loves you?"

Her eyes widened a bit as a small smile grew to her face. Sprat didn't smile much but when she did all Nina wanted to do was grab a Polaroid and snatch the moment.

Sprat was bigger then Nina but not by much, she was taller but there skinniness was about the same. Sprat didn't have dimples like Nina but her teeth were perfect, Nina didn't understand how they were so white because she knew for a fact that this boot camp, plastic tasting, crap toothpaste was not doing the job.

"I don't know. I like to believe that though, it makes me feel better about myself I guess. But it's probably not true, he doesn't really love me. We're just friends."

Sprat let out a cackle as Nina stare down at the concrete floor.  sometimes Sprat was insulting and she didn't even know it. That's just how sprat was and Nina unfortunately had to deal with it if she wanted to be her friend.

"Yo, that's crazy. The actual drake ... Loves little miss Nin.. Wow... Your so lucky Yo."

Nina smiled politely as she grabbed the two metal bars similar to how sprat was doing. She took one look at sprat and could tell she was upset but she did a great job of hiding it.
