Nicki POV
I was with Ciara and Zahir and it honestly felt great. I missed being around her with no problems,it's really a blessing. I grab a crayon and draw a picture with him,I glance up at Ci here and there,hopefully she chooses to continue our marriage. I motion for her to sit next to me and as soon as she does,Zahir crawls over to her and starts tugging on her shirt. I grab her hand and examine our hands together,I never took my ring off,as much times as I thought this was completely over I couldn't do it. She starts to slowly pull her hand out of mine and I pull it back,while furrowing my eyebrows. I slowly smile and she looks at me like I'm crazy. I try not to laugh and focus on her again.
"What're you doing?" She asks
I put my finger over her mouth and give her that same look again and she starts to smile before laughing. I laugh and Zahir does too,I look at him and lean down to his size.
"Baby boy what you laughing at?" I laugh
He smiles shyly before hiding his face in Ci's neck.
"I wanna let you know something" I say
"Ok,what is it?" She asks
"We've had our share of ups and downs,But you know that I'm gon always be around,I still think about the things you do and the times we had but the decision you make is up to you,despite whatever you choose to do nothing's gonna change the way I feel about you,whenever you need me just tell me,you always gon be my boo and I'll always look out for you,if you ever need me to be what you need I'm fine with that,I really really want you to know that I can't let you go,and even if we never fix this you could still come to me for whatever you need or want" I say
She looks at me and slowly sighs while rubbing her thumb against my hand.
"I know" She says
"I'm still thinking,I do think we can move past this but I need time still" She says
"Ok" I say
I give her a small smile,at least we're making progress.
