"You guys are late," Aqueela declared as she narrowed her eyes at us playfully. A slight blush crept up my cheeks as I remembered the oh so heated moment me and Warren had shared minutes ago.

"What were you even doing? Discussing national debt or something?" Jade chuckled, earning a bored look from Warren who couldn't care much about anything besides making sure I hadn't damaged his precious bike.

"Abigail, right here, wanted to drive the ninja aka show off her non-existent biking skills," Warren smirked, stuffing his hands in his pocket.

I would've definitely strangled him if it weren't for the sake of the airport.

"Excuse me, you're not allowed to criticize my biking skills just because you're jealous of them," was my smartass reply. More like a bitchy 13 year old trying to act cool. Now I have attitude problems too, all thanks to Warren.

He raised an amused eye brow at me.

"Well well, I did not know you were that keen on getting yourself killed eh?" Callum chuckled as I glared at him with a glint of amusement in my eyes as Aqueela moved near the exit gates to look for Warren's parents.

"FYI, this time I was better than before. You should've seen me drive that ninja though, I absolutely nailed it," I grinned, tossing my hair to one side as he looked at me with eyes full of amusement.

"Gosh, you're still dreaming," he shook his head with a grin on his face causing me to laugh along. Everyone come over! They are here!" Aqueela's voice shot through the hustle bustle outside the airport as people rushed in and out with luggage. Callum's ears perked up at that as he signaled me to follow him through the busy crowd as Warren and Jade tagged along right behind me.

Just before we were about to reach them, Warren's hand shot out to grab my own in a lose grip as his grey eyes made contact with my own, mine with a look of confusion. I hope he's over whatever happened before because I certainly was.

"We're in love remember?" he said in a calm and composed manner as I replied, "Absolutely,"

My stomach churned in nervousness even though there was absolutely nothing to be worried about at the moment if we disregard my uncle, aunt, Blake, Emily and their safety. I missed them so much . But now was not the time to get all emotional because the deal was already on which means Warren couldn't lay a finger on them. They were safe. Plus, I remember Cara (Warren's mom) had promised me to tell them about my whereabouts and the real reason as to why I was kidnapped.

So did Aunt Sarah know about Warren being a vampire and about us being mates?

"Oh my goodness, I'm so delighted to see you again Abigail!" I knew at once that it was Cara's voice even before looking up to meet her sparkling honey eyes as they took me in from head to toe. A huge smile was etched onto her face as she neared me looking exactly the same like she was around 3 weeks ago with her dark brown locks cascading down to her shoulders, her skin appearing ever so radiant as her eyes shone with genuine happiness.

Involuntarily, a smile broke out on my face too and even before I knew it, she had wrapped her hands around my waist, engulfing me in a short hug, which took me by surprise.

I didn't know vampires were that adorable.

Nonetheless, I didn't resist or anything because she gave me a sense of bliss only a mother could give to her child. It was weird but then I guess she was one of those persons who gave off that happy and positive vibe, and thus I couldn't exactly hate her for all she did because she has been nothing but nice to me, unlike some other people.
