    Baby Jacob - Chapter 16

    Maspar's pov
    
                          
    We sat looking at the baby. My little half brother. I couldn't believe it; he was so small!
    
                          
    Gemma was looking at me. I still think she remembers two week before we moved in. If you can't remember, I yelled at her for kissing dad. "Maspar, do you want to hold Jacob?" She asked. I gasped as she stood up and came over to the sofa where I was sitting. She put Jacob into my cradled arms. 
    
                          
    My little brother opened his eyes. "Hey kiddo." I laughed at him. He pulled up his hand and whacked me in the face.
    
                          
    "Ow." I gasped.
    
                          
    Melody laughed. "You better get used to that Maspar." She came to stand in front of me and took my phone out of my pocket. "Smile." She told me as she snapped a photo. I smiled as she showed me the photo.
    
                          

    
                          
    Macarius' pov
    
                          
    I watched as Maspar gave Jacob to Melody and she walked over to me. I am a bit funny about this kid. I took him anyway. "Hey Jacob." I said in a calm voice.
    
                          
    My brother (Maspar that is) Smiled at me. "You're doing great Macarius. Can  hold him again?" I nodded and passed the baby to Maspar.
    
                          
    I laughed, thinking of a few weeks ago. Maspar didn't want to have any more siblings. He didn't want to know the baby. Now he is sitting carefully rocking the baby's head and whispering to him.
    
                          

    
                          
    My brother has changed. Anything bad in his heart has gone.
