They weren't mistakes and the best make up - Chapter 80

Maspar's pov

I woke up early. Arn't you supposed to be able to sleep in on a holiday? I was starving. Dad said we could go down to the local spar every day and buy a baguette for breakfast. I decided Melody and KIan probably wouldn't be up but I better check.

"What Maspar?" Melody asked, looking really tired. The twins must of been up a lot.

"I wondered if you wanted me to go get you baguette?" SHe smiled and nodded. Jake jumped on her back. "Shall I take him too?" She nodded.

"And Sammy please." I got the two boys by the hand and we walked to the shop. The lady was speaking to me in spanish but I talked in english and she talked back. We left the shop with the food and went back  to the hotel.

"Your baguette." I said, handing it over. "Your boys." I also handed them over. 

"You could of forgotten about them." Melody said, but she was joking.

Another tannoy went off hola club martha's! hello club martha's! Bonjour club martha's! Today we have the mollie club for the kids and water polo for the maxis and teenys!  

I went down to the pool to ag a good spot so I put my towel next to Melody's. Then I got ready for the pool and left the apartment as they did.

"Going to big pool today Maspar!" Sammy told me.

"Big pool!" Jay yelled. Jake was holding him and walking slowly with him. Melody and KIan were strolling along holding Poppy's hands and swinging her. Jake put Jayden down and held his hand and we all went down to the pool.

Melody's pov

"Mollie club! Mollie club! Oh Mollie Mollie club!" Jessie sang, coming along the path with a few kids. It looked interesting enough for the two boys and they looked at me expectantly. Jessie stopped by us. "Do you want to join the Mollie club?" The boys nodded and I smiled at her. "You can come with them Melody, for a bit to see how they get on."

"I'll be back soon!" I yelled to KIan and we joined the line of people for the mollie club. It was basically a dn where they have a theme everyday and then they just drew or went around the hotel. I looked at the boys. "Do you know your way back to the pool?"

"Yes Mel."

"Can you get back there yourselves?"

"Yes!" THey both said eagerly. I sighed and ruffled their hair.

Okay guys, the day is yours. Well, until Mollie club ends."

I walked back to the pool and there was a guy standing talking to Maspar and Kian.

"Kian, your son is a teen right?"

"I am not his son!" Maspar protested. "We are the same age with two month gap. He is my brother in law!"

"Why does he have kids then."

"They were a mistake." Kian said. Is this what Kian says when I'm not there? I think he saw me. "Mel? Oh Mel I didn't mean it like that. Melody!" He was too late. I ran away, back to the room and slammed the door behind me. I sat on the bed and cried. Yes, the twins were a mistake but they have brought joy to our lives. And he says they are a mistake.

I heard the door open. "Melody?" I stayed crying. Kian put his arm on my shoulder. "Melody, I didn't mean it like that."

"You sounded like you did." I sniffed. "Just go away Kian." He got off the bed and left the room. Someone else climbed on the bed.
