Flying high surprise - Chapter 76

Maspar's pov

"Kids, wake up!" Dad yelled down the stairs. "We have something to tell you!"

I got out of bed along with Macarius and we headed out to the hall. Kian and Melody stood with a kid each and were heading for the stairs too. So were the triplets.

"What is it dad?" We all asked as we went into the kitchen. Dad and Gemma were sitting on the sofa, as well as Joe and Holly who had the two kids both fast asleep on the sofa next to them.

"Well..." Gemma said.

"We decided that we would get on a plane."

"And go somewhere hot."

"As a whole family."

"And we are coming too!" Joe announced. We all just stood there for a second while the information kicked in.

"Where are we going?" Jake asked.

"We are going to Mallorca-" Dad started.

"Cool!" Kian said eagerly.

"In three days." Oh. Not so great. "But it's for Christmas!"

"For how long dad?"

"Three weeks." This was going to be good. I could tell.

We all set off to packing for the sun. I had no idea where in Mallorca but it should be fun!

Melody's pov (Two days later)

We were all packed for our holiday and people were getting excited. Noah is now not looking forward to the flight because JOE accidently suggested we watch 'final destination' which at the beginning of it the plane blows up. Noah, who was supposed to be asleep, came upstairs as the plane blew up. Well as you can imagine that scared him half to death.

We walked down the stairs and to bed. It was around midnight and we had to get up at 3 in the morning. Jayden and Poppy are only a bit over one and I am worried that they will not enjoy the flight. Well, it's when you get there that counts I guess...

Macarius' pov (3 in the morning)

"Maspar, get up!" I heard my sister yell. 

"Okay, I'm up!" Maspar surrendered. Then someone jumped on my bed. 

"Get up!" 

"Okay Jayden!" I said, laughing. The kid was really demanding, like his mum. I smiled, the poor little kid was only copying his mum. I got up and got dressed straight away. It's not like I was really asleep.

We went upstairs to be greeted with a lot of groggy, half asleep little kids. 6 to be exact. Joe looked really tired.

"They wouldn't go to sleep." He cringed. I just laughed. His fault that his kids don't know when to go to bed.
