Smug boyfriend and baby due - Chapter 59

(27 weeks later)

Maspar's pov

It's been nine months. Melody looks like the twins are just going to blow up her stomach.

Kian is 15. It is october and Melody is on her 39th week. It's been weird. I had a sister who was my triplet, now I have the same sister and she is going to have twins.

Melody's pov

I sat up and padded into Jacob's room. I could hear him from Kian's room.

"Jacob?"

"Melody." He appeared from his cupboard.

"What were you doing there?"

"I wanted to get some toys for my niece and nephew." He said smugly. I smiled and ruffled his hair. He is 3 and a half now. He looks so grown up from that day Gemma brought the baby Jacob Oliver Lee home. A couple of hours after our birthday.

"Oh, this is where you went." I heard someone laugh from behind. I turned around and Kian was at the door. I laughed and went over to hug him. "OW!"

"What?" I asked nervously.

"One of them kicked me!" He growled. He bent down. "Hey you guys. You can't kick your daddy. Got it?" I laughed. Kian is going to make a great dad.

"OW!" I yelled. Kian ran to me. We were outside with Jakey. 

"What is it?" 

"Twins." I joked. Then I yelled again.

"I'm getting your dad!" Kian yelled.

He came back with dad, who took me to the hospital with Kian. He dropped us at the door and then went home for the others.

"Hi yeah my girlfriend Melody is in labour I think?" Kian said. The receptionist looked at Kian properly.

"I remember you. You were the one who was yelling at me because I didn't know where your girlfriend was. I see you found her." He growled, but led us to a cubicle. About 5 minutes later, a nurse walked in.

"Okay Melody, you're ready."

"As I'll ever be." I mumbled.
