Melody's pov

I sat crying when I felt a pair of arms wrap around me. It was kian.

"WHy are you crying?" He asked, wiping the tears. 

"Jacob hates me because I shouted at him and called him a pest."

"Why did you say that?"

"I don't know."

"I know what you can do to help." Kian took my hand and led me out of the room and into the passage. There was a cupboard in the hall and I could hear crying. "go on." Kian said, opening the door and pushing me in.

I sat down on the floor where I could see a bundle which was Jacob.

"Jake?" All my reply was was a sniff. 

"What do you want?"

"I want to see you." Jacob sat up. His eyes were tear stained and red. I pulled him into a hug.

"Look I'm sorry. I wasn't really mad at you." I whispered. He stayed as stiff as a board but after a while he hugged me back.

"I don't hate you."

"Do you want to go to the park?" The smile on his face got bigger.

"Just me and you?" i was about to say and kian but when I turned around, he was gone.

"Yeah, me and you."
