Last day and Gemma finds out again! - Chapter 82

Melody's pov

I woke up to voices. Lots of them. They were muffled though.

"I want to see mum."

"SHe's asleep."

"I want Melody, she makes great breakfast."

"I want Melody, she gives me lots of cuddles."

"Come on guys, aren't you okay with me?"

"No!" They all laughed. I got up and went into the room.

"WHat's all the fuss with Kian guys?"

"We just wanted you Melody." Jake told me. It was only the six of us again. 

"Why didn't you want daddy Jay?" I asked my son. He giggled and shook his head.

"Anyway, does anyone want jam on bread?"

"Me!" They all yelled, including Kian. I laughed at him. I made all the food and put it on the table. I also gave them a glass of orange juice and an apple. Since it is our last day we have to use everything up. 

I got up and took the kids next door to Maspar. I know he's already packed but none of us are so that's what me and KIan are going to do now. I went back and me and KIan filled up the two suitcases and the boy's hand luggage. When we finished that we collected the stuff for us and the others and put it in a bag. Our flight is at night so we have all day here.

"Melody, are you done?" Maspar said, coming in through the door. "The kids are driving us crazy!" I laughed at him and he just glared. I found out his problem when I walked into his room. All the kids were in here!"

An hour later we were all down by the pool, all kids but no adults. "Who wants to go in the pool!" I yelled. Jake, Ollie, Logan, Sammy and Johnny yelled yes so they went in the pool with me, Maspar and Macarius. KIan stayed on the beach towel with the twins and Noah. 

I swan in the shallow end with the kids until Jake started swimming deeper. "Jake." I warned him. He just looked at me.

"Can't I go to the deep end?" Jacob whined. I sighed and turned back to Maspar.

"I'm taking him in the deep end." Maspar nodded. I held onto Jacob's arm and started to swim down to the deep end. It was actually really fun and when we got to the deep end I looked at Jacob. "Shall I let go?" Jake nodded and I let go. He started doggy paddling to stay above the water. 

"CANNON BALL!" KIan yelled, jumping in the pool.

"Kian!" I screamed as a massive wave of water smacked me in the face. KIan came back up to the surface.

"That was fun. Jake, was that cool? Jake?" Kian looked around. Jake was gone. 

"CANNON BALL!" I heard again. Jacob splashed into the water. A smaller wave hit me. A thought hit me too.

"Kian!" I yelled. He looked at me in shock as if to say 'are you serious?'. 

"What's that yell for?"

"You taught Jake that." I growled at him. He laughed and then put on his best puppy dog face.

"I'm sowwy." He cried, hugging me and 'crying' on my shoulder. I laughed and Kian did too. Jake looked worried.

"Is Kian okay?" 

"Yeah mate, I'm fine." Kian sat up.

We climbed out of the pool and went back to the towel. Maspar was sitting on his bed with the twins fast asleep. 

"Hey Masp, want to go back in the pool now?" Kian laughed. Maspar handed me the kids and dived into the pool. My brother is really tall. Kian's tall but Maspar is almost as tall as dad!

"Kian, I'm going back to the hotel with the twins; I don't feel that well. I mumbled, standing up. KIan nodded. I walked straight back to our room and closed the door. I put the twins into their cot. My stomach really hurt. I've had this before. I know where I have to go.

"Hello?" Gemma said, opening the door. I just looked at her. "Oh Mel." She sighed, pulling me inside. Dad looked up as se dragged me towards their room.

"What's going on?"

"Girl stuff." Gemma mumbled, shutting the door behind her. SHe looked back at me. "Mel, when?"

"Two weeks ago." I mumbled. She sighed and ran her hand through her hair.

"What are you going to do?"

"I dunno." I felt like there was nothing to be done. Gemma looked at me.

"When are you telling the others?"

"When I know it's true. WHen we get home." I whispered. I didn't want to talk about anything. "I have to go. The twins are in the apartment." I got up and hurriedly left the room. I walked into our room and KIan was there rocking one twin.

"Where were you!" He shouted. I've never seen him this angry before.

"I went to see Gemma." I whispered, not wanting to upset him.

"And leave the twins here!"

"Kian, I'm sorry. I was going to be gone a minute." I put my hand on his shoulder.

"Don't touch me!" He yelled. I jumped back, flinching. Jayden, who was in Kian's arms, started to cry with all the shouting.

"I should take him Kian." I said gently. KIan made no attempt at handing the baby over.

"You don't deserve to. You don't deserve to have children!" Kian slapped me. It hurt like hell!

"Kian. I'm really, really sorry!" I cried, the tears starting to pour down my face. Kian just looked blankly at me.

"Well I'm sorry I ever started going out with you!" He screamed, dropped Jayden, and left the apartment after slamming the door.

Jake timidly crept  in the room. "IS he gone?" He whispered. I nodded and Jake beckoned. Sammy came out from under a table with Poppy.

"I,I was going to get Jay too but Kian got there first." Sammy cried. I held my arms out and they came over to me. Jacob stood looking at me.

"DId he hurt you Mel?" I nodded. Jake looked ready to be in tears.

"He hurt me too." I was nearly back in tears then. 

"WHere?" I whispered to him. Jake rolled his sleeve back and I could see lots of bruising on one part of his arm. "Oh Jake." I hugged the little boy. "He has no right to hurt you." We sat there hugging for ages.

"WHAT HAPPENED!" Maspar yelled, running in. He looked scared. "Are you guys okay?"

"We're not." Jake whispered.

"What's wrong?"

"Kian slapped Melody and grabbed me." Maspar's eyes turned to fire.

"I'm going to kill him." He whispered. His voice was soft, but menacing. "I'M GOING TO KILL HIM!"
