    Kian's POV
    
                              
    It's my birthday today. Poppy and Jayden walked into our room holding Alfie's shoulders, steering him. He was holding a present.
    
                              
    "Happy birthday daddy." They said. I sighed and turned over. Melody sat up and looked at them.
    
                              
    "I don't think daddy's very well guys, can you go play? Oh and look after Alfie."
    
                              

    
                              
    Melody's POV
    
                              
    "Kian." I whispered, leaning over him. He lifted his head. "You have to stop. He's been gone for over a month."
    
                              
    "What if they don't find him?" Kian's voice startled me. The confident, young man I had grown up with was gone, replaced with a sad, scared young adult who was terrified for the safety of a five year old missing boy. I was scared for Jake too but Kian was passed scared.
    
                              
    "They will." I whispered. "They will." I lay back at sighed. "How about we go out for the day. Me, you, the twins, Alfie? We could go to that restaurant you like." Kian nodded, staying silent. "Then get out of bed lazy."
    
                              

    
                              
    Maspar's POV
    
                              
    I sat with the twins and Alfie. "So what do you want me to do?"
    
                              
    "Make daddy better." Poppy whispered.
    
                              
    "You know I would if I could Pops but this is different. Daddy's hurt inside, on his heart." The twins nodded. "I hear you and your parents are going out for dinner later. You have fun then." I checked my watch. "Time for school, say bye." They went running back into their parent's room, yelling bye. Then they came back and hugged Alfie. 
    
                              
    "Bye Alfie." Jayden whispered, holding his arms out. Alfie could recognize Jayden's voice and he immediately walked forward, into his arms. I leaned over and picked Alfie up.
    
                              
    "How about if Alfie comes with us?"
    
                              

    
                              
    We arrived at the primary school and the teacher came over. "Hello Maspar."
    
                              
    "Mrs Mickle." I grinned. She looked at Alfie in the pushchair.
    
                              
    "Hello Alfie. Having a good day?" 
    
                              
    "Maspar, when Alfie is ready for school, I have special training with children like him. He can come to this school if he wishes, and in his parent's wishes."
    
                              
    "Thank you." I smiled at the teacher and she walked away with the kids.
    
                              

    
                              
    Melody's POV
    
                              
    I sat down at a table and dragged Kian in too. The twins sat on the other side whereas Alfie was positioned between us.
    
                              
    "How do you feel daddy?" Poppy asked happily.
    
                              
    "Much better Pops." Kian grinned. I smiled to myself, he was getting better.
