Background Story: Leif was born in the Jotunheimen National Park in Norway. He was comes from a long line of warrior trolls sworn to protect their mountains from enemies. Leif is the weakest of the family, much to the annoyance of his strict father. He tends to be timid in nature and his father strives to toughen him up and make a warrior out of him, but he cannot even use a deadly weapon correctly, irritating his father to no end. Ivor finally decides to send him to Peregrine Academy to try and knock some sense into him. But there, he is inadequately bullied.
