Background Story: Raeffael was born in the waters of the South China Sea on his father's ship, the mythical Flying Dutchman. His mother is the goddess of the sea who had a fling with his father. Davy Jones, heartbroken over his Calypso's betrayal, cut out his own heart and became a supernatural entity covered with marine flora and fauna. Calypso approached him in the disguise of a medicine woman. She gave him a child that night and disappeared. Raeffael was born in his father's cursed image.
