Background Story: Odette was born in France to a young dancer named Christine Daaé who fell in love with a mysterious, disfigured, yet charming man called the Phantom of the Opéra. The consummated their love before she left him. The brokenhearted Phantom shatters every mirror in his lair to avoid gazing at his ugly face. Christine gave birth to Odette and after she died from old age, Odette is abducted by the Phantom, because she reminds him of her mother. Realizing that he's her biological father, Odette vows to stay with him. She appears to unaffected by age, just like him. She soon became a famous singer and stage performer like her mother. Over the years, she got so obsessed with her career, it was literally the only thing she cared about. She would not let anything distract her from performing, not even her father.
