Background Story: Gothtok was born in his father's castle. His father owns a labyrinth sounding his castle which is believed to be unsolvable. His mother was a young human who accidentally wishes her baby brother away to Jareth. Desperate to get him back, Sarah is given 13 hours to solve his Labyrinth before the last hour. Sarah finally gets him back and defeats Jareth by remembering the final line in a play she had been rehearsing. Months later, Jareth approached Sarah and after exchanging regrets, they fell in love. His appearance is said to be an epidermolytic hyperkeratosis-like form of atavism, a disfiguring skin disorder that causes long-submerged genetic traits to resurface.
