Background Story: Tobias was born in a cave in Dane Hills in the countryside of Leicestershire, England. His mother lured an elderly man into her cave and offered him a special ring if he mated with her first. After the man left her cave the next day, Black Annis gave birth to Tobias, who had crispy flesh to begin with. As he grew up, he has only managed to speak in incomplete sentences. But he only speaks to his mother, because he has trust issues with those outside his home cave. This is sometimes referred to as speech anxiety. As he matured, his skin grew dark and crusted over with tar and bugs that crawled on him. He had only a black cloak to protect him from the cold, wintry air. If someone were to gain Tobias's trust, then he would speak to them. Even though he never speaks, he has ways of communicating with others via sign languages or just grunts, groans and low, deep-pitched growls.
