Background Story: Rodney was born in the waters of the coast of Greece. His father was a seafarer and captain of ship, St. James. He was sailing his ship to the Greece to explore, when Charybdis ambushed them, swirling their ship into her whirlpool before swallowing them whole. Oedipus bonded with Charybdis after sharing his adventures at the sea. He sacrificed his life in exchange for the lives of his crew by letting Charybdis dissolve him and the ship was spat back out to safety. Oedipus's DNA was copied into her womb and she gave birth to Rodney. He had spent the majority of his life inside his mother's stomach.
