Background Story: Xyo first crash-landed on Earth after was banished from his planet for being different. He was once a kind, gullible and chipper young alien. The U.S. Military found him and took him to a secret facility where they performed dangerous experiments on him and even transformed all of the Earth's knowledge into his brain, giving him human intellect. After he was taken into Peregrine Academy, Xyo grew a sever hatred for the humans. Ulrich and Fred helped turn him into something different. They mistakenly use the wrong serum on him, which transforms him into a large, strong, rampaging behemoth. They were soon able to subdue him and make him more sophisticated and tame, albeit still grumpy and hateful.
