Background Story: Ingrid was born in Transylvania, Romania as a full-bloodied vampire in a royal family and became princess of Wallachia. Her father was cursed to be a vampire for his cruel behavior and wrongdoings. He eventually used his newfound abilities to conquer the Ottoman Empire who had demanded his kingdom's boys for their future army. His wife, Ilona was stabbed by a Turk soldier and to save her life, he bites her and transformed her. He then had transformed his two sons, not wanting to lose them to Ottoman Empire either. Overtime, Ilona had given birth to Ingrid and her two younger siblings. Together, they would rule Wallachia and return it to it's former glory. When Ingrid became coming-of-age, her parents had considered an arranged marriage for her. However, Ingrid decided she wasn't ready for a marriage yet and has rejected many of her suitors, but has befriended some. She is a hematolagniac, meaning she has a sexual arousal for drinking blood. In 1886, a young village boy, Nicolae Ungur, arrived at Dracula Castle when he was lost in the woods after running away from his hateful family. Ingrid adopted the young boy as her son and Dracula made him take a blood oath, turning him into a vampire and a full-bloodied member of the Dracula family.
